  • What a beautifully designed little app

As a beginner in video editing, I needed something with a quick learning curve, as well as being intuitive… iMovie fits my needs perfectly. Keep in mind that iMovie is a basic video editor, but it has quite a few bells and whistles to it as well. And if your like me in that you are looking to edit basic videos to upload to YouTube, then iMovie may be just the ticket you’re seeking. Are you going to be able to create a Hollywood blockbuster on it, probably not, but for those of us who need simple editing tools, this app is wonderfully designed, easy to navigate, easy to understand, and best of all, it’s free!
  • All “Movies” ruined.

Made several mini-movies from photos and videos in my phone. The app doesn’t permanently save the completed projects. After a while I deleted several of the original photos and video clips to save memory on my phone. Now, none of the Movies play at all because “clips are missing”. I have been unable to recover any of the clips (nor sound) from the cloud (nor anywhere) so every single one of my movies is ruined. Terrible.
  • Better than Adobe Express

Not only showing some love for the simpler iMovie, taking a shot at how cruddy Adobe Express is. I still have some questions about some features I can’t find like rotating a JPEG but at least it works smoothly and doesn’t crash every moment like adobe express. And most importantly it’s free. Shame on you Adobe 🤦🏻‍♂️

I use this app so much because unlike all of my other apps, you don't have to pay to add music. I kind of wish that there was more freedom though...
  • Overheating issues

Anytime I use this app my phone overheats I do YouTube videos (Reactions) & my phone would overheat and the app would just shut off this is the only app my phones would overheat with I have a iPhone 16 pro max & a iPhone 14 Pro Max & both have the same problem.. but besides that the app is easy to use easy to work with & gets the job done for basic editing

OMG, I love this app! When I grow up, I wanna be a videographer. It’s been my dream for a while now. I’ve made so many movies using only this app. I’m so tired of the complicated movie making apps that I can’t figure out. But I found this and it’s awesome! It’s not complicated! Get this app! No bugs or anything! There is one thing though. This isn’t five stars… It’s 4 1/2. So when you combine all your videos to make a movie or a movie trailer, you have to keep all of those small clips that you made. You can’t even hide them. It’s annoying when I’m scrolling through my photos and there’s just small clips. But the great thing is that you can save the video. I just like to have it save on iMovie, but I can’t save it on iMovie because I just don’t like the extra clips being in my photos. But it’s a great app! And I recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
  • Why ask for Apple Music permission if you won’t let me use music from it?

I love iMovie but only because my friend sends me CapCuts that I save to files to get new sounds, I wish that you could add music, sounds, and bases… like an insert your photo here or lyric videos………….. Other than that, IMOVE IS GREAT! 😊
  • Don’t edit on here
