Why is outlook on Mac so s…? It has maybe 50% of functionality of windows version. Why are patterns different e.g. what happens when user click open calendar entry? This is a joke. Extremely annoying.

  • HATE the calendar view

Everything was perfectly find and then you decide to update the calendar views. It looks juvenile, as if I really needed today and tomorrow’s columns to be wider than the rest. Tinkering is just silly. Please make the Mac version look like the Windows version - that’s the adult Outlook.
  • AutoUpdate Or Else

Microsoft can’t help themselves but to give you no option but to suffer in AutoUpdater misery. Why not give the user the option to update when and how they please?
  • Difficult to Use and Sign In To

As a business person who deals with HIPPA protected data, security is very important. This is a very very difficult interface to figure out , and to also try to figure out what is happening. Customer support is terrible. Microsoft has sent NO information on these possibly new sign on procedures. Really POOR customer communication, I would have expected better for a software company this size with its influence. There is other software and apps avaliable.

  • Better Than Expected

Having used the previous version of Outlook for a long time, and I’m not one for change; it took me awhile to get accustomed to the new Outlook — but it is better than the old. Change for this 75 year-old guy can be good.
  • Stop Copilot

I have Copilot disabled. I have no desire to enable it. Stop advertising it at me with a banner that takes up way too much space in my Outlook app.
  • Recurring schedule is gone in automatic reply tool

I must say this is a terrible decision. Now I cannot preset the time window I want my out of office replies to be on. Had to remember before I get off the day before my leave and turn if off after coming back. Why would you remove such a helpful feature? Which idiot decided that?
