I would have given it 5 stars, but I don’t like the fact that on the MacBooks the outlook app makes you delete each email individually and there is no option to click a button and be able to select all your emails. So, getting rid of junk and deleted items are a pain in the butt. If Microsoft fixed that issue on the app it would be a 5 star app again.
  • Constant Crashing

The app has continued crashing like it has a viris in it.
  • Nested compose in the Reading Pane

There needs to be an option to disable the Nested Compose in Reading Pane feature, so that the default is to open a new window for a reply email.
  • Not a Fan (Anymore)

The new Outlook seems to include Rules, they are just available to be used with my Gmail accounts. In the Legacy version, Rules worked great. The new version is not as stable as the Legacy one either as I am taking several of the same emails and putting them back in their folders daily. I also “lost” quite a few older emails when transitioning to the new Outlook several days ago - it seems the “Legacy” ones did not make the transition. I was transitioning to Outlook’s new version from a 2021 MS Office that had Outlook (and had used previously licensed Outlook version in the past too). Not a fan anymore. Am probably just going to use Apple’s Mail application to manage my 2 Gmail accounts and the one Apple account.
  • Monthly Calendar Split View missing.

I would give it 5 stars if I had the option to view monthly calendars in Split View.
  • Forced into this by my Employer

    1. Attachments don’t launch, 2. No connectivity afforded with CarPlay, 3. iOS App Calendar very poor quality, 4. Scavenges your device to connect in any way possible to old data and other microsoft apps.
  • Great but I wish there was one more sort option

I review my messages group by thread and sorted by date - oldest on top to newest on the bottom. This works for the sorting order of the parent message, but when you expand it to see the threads within it, the newest message is on top and the oldest on the bottom. So I need to scroll to the oldest, read, delete and then walk the chain to the newest message. Apple Mail allows me to do this. It would be great to have both options and would seem like a very minor addition to all the current options.
  • Great but severely lacking

Categories doesn’t work, you should incorporate outlook into teams and have only 1 app.

I'd love for Co-Pilot to integrate with my calendar and help me organize my daily activities and projects.
