  • Doesn’t work

So glitchy. Requires too many 2-factor authentication and it makes me create new accounts all the time. Now my kids all have multiple emails setup because Microsoft is idiotic. It also doesn’t automatically link any games to your Xbox account. Try buying any in game purchases - yeah right! It doesn’t work! Glitches out and adds money to unlinked accounts that you then cannot retrieve! Customer service is horrendous!
  • Unreliable, frustrating to stay signed in

I have found this Microsoft app use of my iOS to be a miserable experience. It constantly signs me out of the app and then tells me to change my password. When o change my password for yet another item it then tells me this behavior is unusual and I’m at risk. Then when I create a new password, it wants to send me a code to ensure I’m me, and around we go again.

Non-functional. If you want to go insane, use this app. Completely non-sensical.

Doesn’t sink fast enough. Double purchase items with cash, then when credits are used products don’t show up!
  • Slow, clunky

Runs very slow. Super clunky when trying to add money to the account - have to go back/forth between Microsoft app and Xbox app. Just let me do it all in one.

  • Not child safe

It’s ridiculous that a child over 13 can leave the family setting without parental permission and have full access to the Xbox with no supervision whatsoever ever. So dangerous for our kids in a world of screen addiction and consumption. Please fix this Xbox

With all the advances in technology this app can’t tell me actually how long my son has been playing for. An hour goes by and it says 10 min.
  • Good family governing

Much better UX than the PS app. Figured coming from Microsoft though.

I wish I could just read my kids messages in the app. It would be way more convenient.
