This app is the biggest pain in the rear to safely manage your kids online presence. It’s ridiculous. Nothing syncs. Doesn’t load. An absolute scam and shame to the developers.

Pure marketing tool where there intention is to block using any other browser than edge.

I can set screen time and then the kids can do homework or read for a set period to get more. Really easy interface and love they can send me a message for more. Much, much easier than the PS5 family controls

Love the feature we have, but have been waiting for new fathers and investment for a couple years. Microsoft - continue to develop this critical product based on user feedback.

I’m not receiving any request notifications to allow my little sister to play any games. Even took the age restrictions off all games and still doesn’t work.

This app continues to have consistent bugs. The mobile version is not worth the effort. I’m tired of the app crashes and freezes constantly. Not good. Full of bugs. Update 19 Feb 2025. Still consistent with the same bugs I mention above. Mobile version does not work for approving and constantly crashes. I’m reliant on my computer app still…..
