Difficult to setup. I signed in a no child is listed on my account. Then I try to add her it says must have a Xbox account when entering her email. Then I go to next screen to make an account…enter same email and it says account already exists. One screen says account doesn’t exist then go to create one it says account already exists. Seems like they really don’t care to make it easy for parents to keep track of what kids are doing

It would be nice if the app would actually load instead of continuously try to load when I need to control my child’s time

This app worked great as a way to manage my kids screen time until it stopped functioning in October 2024. It still works but requires multiple refreshes and several error messages in order to do a simple task.
  • Awful app

It was working fine but always shows errors since recent updates. This is a perfect example of pushing updates for subpar inadequately tested app to users.
  • Garbage app compared to old Xbox family one

So much better when it was the Xbox app. The last month or so it doesn’t send notification. By the time you get to add more time, the app has a connection issue. Refresh, reload, no dice. Happens on iPhone 13 and iPad Pro M2. Takes at least 5 minutes to add time with all the failures.
  • Fails often now

This app is excellent for windows 10 but disconnects and seems to not work properly with Windows 11. Can we get a maximum update. Complaints are all over internet blogs. Help?

Constant errors of it’s not you it’s us. The most unreliable app I’ve ever experienced.
