  • Half baked, but still a little useful

This is nothing like my favorite, OmniFocus, but it at least synchronizes with Outlook and Planner. The only thing I don’t understand is why Microsoft is so slow to improve it. 1) Multiple accounts is not supported on the Mac (I have a personal and a work account), 2) There’s no decent grouping, 3) Emails marked for follow-up are not opening (it opens Outlook in a browser, but the wrong account/browser). I could go on and on, but the most frustrating thing is that *nothing* happens to the app. It’s almost as if Microsoft doesn’t care about it.
  • Microsoft needs to do better with the lag time

Applies to Mac app; however, the iPhone app is even worse. Almost every. Single. Time. That I open the app, it hangs on the loading screen for a solid 7-10 seconds. At a moment when I’m just trying to check off a completed item, or worse, trying to add a new one before I forget about it, the lag time makes me want to throw my phone. Unfortunately it’s still the only app that has all the functionality I want, but come on Microsoft, do better please!
  • Contrast

Good, but could be a lot better. For example, when adding new tasks, there is insufficient contrast. The background should be white. And I wish I could check off parts of tasks. Maybe there's a way to do that but, as with all MSFT products, you need a Ph.D. to learn the features, including fairly basis features.
  • Multiple accounts needed

This needs to have an option to switch between multiple accounts. This option is available every where else except on macs.
  • Crashes on launch

I just updated the app and this version like previous one crashes on launch. Please fix it because I like like To Do a lot, especially because until now I could use it on all my devices, iOS or Android, PC or Mac. Cross out Mac means I can't use it, because it is the most important place for me to have it. It is critical that you make a cross platform app for a To Do functionality, so users can check and add items no matter where they are and what device is in front of them. This means supporting older devices too, please. Thank you!

  • Excellent and First Class Application

I (we) use MS Todo for many task management activities ranging from professional work scheduling to making our grocery lists. ToDo is a major and heavily used application. I give it 4.8 stars. If I could search tasks, then it would be full 5 star - suggestion for improvement. When we shop for groceries, we check off items as purchased. We then go through the completed tasks, unchecking them to create the latest grocery list. Unchecking the tasks is a great memory jog. It would be nice to be able to search through them, for instance search for ‘coffee’ so i can uncheck it for the next trip to the grocery store. Thanks so much for an excellent product.
  • Almost Unusable

I’m not sure what is going on with the development team behind this- all the functionality and design of the UI is great but the app is so buggy on all platforms that it’s gotten to be unusable. It’s sad because I use this for my Team and it greatly increased our productivity but now we are switching to another service. It constantly freezes and crashes, makes our phones run hot on the mobile versions, it’s shocking how terrible the experience has become.
  • Great tool for staying organized

My favorite function of the tool is the seamless connection between the mobile app and my desktop app. Very easy to add tasks that come up in passing conversation that I know I won't miss when I get back to my desk.
  • synch with MS Outlook

really like To-Do functionality. Why doesn't it synch with MS Outlook for Mac, of which i am a long time user? what's more, MS Outlook for Mac has its own to-do function (confusing name) but its functionality is minimal. Is fixing this on the PD roadmap? Have given this feedback before. Is anyone listening?
