  • Glitchy

It used to be a good app, when Fitbit was a standalone company, but it’s often very glitchy now. And for the love of God, please let us close out the cardio load messages.

Please fix the app so it will again show me my previous step statistics without having to scroll back day by day. The app has been like this for several weeks. It should have been fixed by now.

  • Pace and Average Mile are incorrect

I used to love my Fitbit and used it to lose -and keep off- over 85 pounds. One of my big motivators was challenging myself during walks by trying to go faster. If I track with both the FitBit App on my phone and with my FitBit watch, the total distance and time don’t match (even with the FitBit set to use the phone’s GPS). If I use only the FitBit, it will often give me an average mile pace that is slower than any of the individual miles, which is mathematically incorrect. Also, the sum of the individual mile laps distance doesn’t even match the total distance of the walk. These seem like very basic programming calculations. PLEASE FIX all the existing errors!

  • Step count kinda works

The app is showing my step count on the dashboard page but the breakdown of how many steps at what time throughout the day is blank. Been like that since the update before this latest one.
  • Quality in decline?

I've noticed small things lately that makes me wonder if the app quality is declining. Currently the water logging feature is broken -- reflecting consumption of thousands of ounces of water. This comes after the app's aesthetic change a couple of months ago the erased all prior water logged.
  • SpO2 clock face now missing on Versa2

The other day after last app update, my watch buzzed and my SpO2 clock changed to a generic clock. I tried to reset it with no luck. So I tried to delete remove the clock face and reinstall but it isn’t listed in the app list anymore. I can’t track my O2 without it. Why was this feature eliminated????
  • Functionality is lagging

I’ve been using this app for 2+ years. The last few months it has been buggy and doesn’t display information needed for a fitness app. I’ve logged complaints yet they have not been fixed. I guess it’s time to find a new tracker with better accuracy.
