Fitbit caught my very erratic heart beat yesterday. Went to ER today. Diagnosed with a heart electrical problem. On medication. My Oura did not pick it up. I wear both! Thank you fitbit.

Not near as good as it was to start. You keep taking away function.

My app is so wrong. It's almost impossible for my watch to sync with the app. It stopped tracking my sleep. The steps are not the same on my watch as they are in the app. It also stopped counting my exercise even though I track it on my watch. My watch it connected to my home wifi but that doesn't seem to help
  • Much more useful before they eliminated the browser option

Sleep records have always been buggy, but they were much easier to correct through browser access, which Google arbitrarily eliminated. Many users are upset and planning to leave to another product such as Apple.

Continues to freeze and crash, and yet Google does nothing but offer a “fix” that is about as useless as a spit bucket in a forest fire….

Bought an Inspire 3 about 2 months ago maybe. Worked great until 5 days ago. The Fitbit is recording steps data. But the app no longer syncs with Bluetooth and will no longer give me info (such as steps and sleep data) as it had on my phone up until a handful of days ago. Tried restarting phone. Tried updating app. Tried deleting app and reinstalling. The phone and the Inspire 3 just don’t seem to want to recognize each other. Those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it. My Charge 3 had a battery issue needing to recharge almost daily and took awhile to charge - to the point that I stopped wearing it. Tried the Inspire 3 as my husband seems to have no issue with his. Same frustrating experience for me. Won’t buy another!
  • Some things are good, some things don't work at all

Steps and other activities are recorded well, but what bothers me is that the sleep recording doesn't work at all. Sometimes it shows 1 hour per night, sometimes it shows 4, but the recording only starts sometime late at night and stops at a completely absurd time in the morning. This needs to be changed, otherwise this device makes little sense.
