I have been on Fi for 10 years now and I love the service, I never have connection or cell service issues and the prices are great for 3 lines. But please allow RCS services on IOS!
  • Voicemail not work well with iOS

Voicemails come into this app instead of iOS visual voicemail, and does not sync with contacts at all so you can’t see the names of who left you voicemail even if the number is saved as a contact.
  • UI under dark mode needs some redesign

Please take a look at your voicemail inbox under dark mode. It’s extremely difficult to tell if a message has been read. Simple bold text doesn’t help enough.

  • Interventionist company

Unfortunately google has become an interventionist company. And Google Fi is no exception. Will be changing app. Besides I get a bunch of spam calls since I changes to this company.
  • Number block

Blocking a number is inconvenient since it requires manually entering it in the privacy settings. Why not include a delete option alongside the block function?
  • Terrible customer support

I contacted Google Fi customer support about being double billed for YouTube Premium. The agent was initially unhelpful and blamed me. but after I pointed out there was no option to subscribe through my Google Fi app, they said they'd escalate the issue. However, I never received any follow-up email as promised. Support is not based in the US. Additionally, Google Fi doesn't work well with Apple phones and often leaves voice messages that are only a second or two long/not transcribed. Fi doesn't support Apple Watch.
