    Worst service I ever had, the actually cellular service was functional. The problem was when I landed in another country my international plan was nonfunctional even though I had the international plan, then customer support told me two different things about a promo. Would not honor their prior words and would just keep saying they understand ( rather useless phrase when I have to keep explaining the situation over and over ( I assume AI). Reached up to Sup. I hope they enjoyed the 30 dollars extra they made off of my by lying because me , my family, and friends will now no longer use them.

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would never ever recommend this company. The only reason why I put one star is so you guys can see my review. It is one of the worst price gouging companies I have ever been with in my entire life. If you are looking for phone service, I definitely would pass this one up. They shut off your phone anytime you owe a bill I have screenshots of owing five dollars so they shut off your phone. They have the ability to do whatever they want to your service whenever they want they’re not even American company I will never ever have anything to do with this company ever again.

    The product usually works as advertised. But if you ever run into an issue and need support you cannot rely on the support offered. The reps are poorly trained and often give information that is either straight from a boilerplate or just simply wrong. I have wasted hours trying to work some basic issues out with them and have gotten nowhere.

    This app never work on my iPhone, it keeps asking me to reactivate my eSIM card. I already did. The contact group is helpless. This app needs to be replaced immediately.

    They will randomly deny you from using your phone abroad with no real reason given. We are state dept employees and they denied our orders after 2 years of approving us (with the exact same orders). They have now left my family in the position of HAVING NO WAY TO USE OUR AMERICAN PHONE WHILE SERVING OUR COUNTRY. TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF STATE DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES.

    I take everything I said good about you guys and I’m gonna make sure I let everyone know and if you take my thing off, I’m gonna make sure it’s more rakes that you get one star and it’s bad because your service is bad and at the same time, I can’t even get a refund, but I have to wait two months that no it don’t work like that you guys make me sick to my gut. I never heard a phone company. Will tell you that you have to wait two months to get a refund kick rocks.

    The internet service is excellent. However, I think that the app could be more user-friendly. I think that it might be the case that Google keeps it complicated on purpose.

    Started as a new customer went to purchase a device payment verification issue. Promotions no longer available. Promotion team was no help device “no longer available” days of attempt to fix by email… Fun
