    As a military service member, I’m beyond disappointed with Google Fi. They advertise themselves as flexible and supportive, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve had constant issues with overbilling, and every time I try to get help, their customer service is either completely unhelpful or outright rude. They talk in circles, make promises they don’t keep, and treat you like a problem instead of a valued customer—let alone someone who serves their country. It’s incredibly frustrating and disrespectful. I expected better from a company like Google, but this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any carrier. Avoid at all costs.

    They came up with a new plan and touted it will be 100GB. What they forgot to mention is it takes effect next billing cycle. Now I am stuck with 2G for next 5 days and there is nothing CSR can do nor is she willing to transfer me to her manager. Guess what, they just lost another long term customer. Good bye.

    I tried the 7 days free trial, but my phone doesn’t even works so I need to remove my payment method, I’ve been talking with them for 3 hours, 7 people transferred….. I’m freaking exhausted and my payment method still there!!!! They tried so hard to teal your money, DO NOT USE IT!!!!!!!

  • Can’t access customer chat

    The buggiest app ever. Every time I contact customer support, they tell me to check something in the app and then the chat is gone, I can’t open the support chat anymore. Even if I press on the notifications of messages they are sending, it just opens the app and that’s it. Truly disappointed, that such a big company can’t build a simple customer support button, to access the active chats.

    I have the unlimited plus service and it has been disappointing. I’ve been to Spain, Dubai and Saudi Arabia and I have not been able to have service, I am purchasing ESIM cards due to Google Fi’s incompetence I’ve contacted the help desk and their answer is “the engeneers will review the issue” please fix the service promise to your customers otherwise is false advertisement

    I was disconnected abruptly despite several attempts to raise complaint and afer I chatted with chat “ consultant “ ..!!!! They just suspended my account and I can’t use my number despite I just paid for this month DO NOT MISLEAD BY “ GOOOGLE ….etc” The help service is not professional and not helpful

  • Doesn’t work well for iPhones when traveling internationally

    I have international coverage plan but every time I travel internationally my data doesn’t work. Phone signal seems to be stuck on 3G and never gets any 4G or higher signal. My wife has a Google phone in the same family plan and has no problem getting 4G, LTE or 5G when available. Customer service is a waste of time. Just repeat the same thing over and over again like robots. Frustrating
