    CPC makes no sense, overcharges your budget everyday. Should not exceed your daily limit. Support is non existent, no one answers the phone line and appointments are not being kept.

    Google ads wasn’t great to begin with, but ever since they moved to AI handling their customer service, it’s gotten really bad. My account got deactivated without giving me a reason and the documentation they requested me to review to fix my issue was previously removed and unavailable. Google doesn’t care about their users, and will do anything to save a few extra dollars at the expense of the customer.

    The app doesn’t work even after updating it. It still doesn’t work or load. There’s zero support and your submitted feedback requests go nowhere and nobody ever gets back about the issues. Terrible for such a massive company.

    Google local service ads has gone way downhill ever since they started automatically classifying whether a lead is good or not. No longer can you dispute it. Meaning if someone calls you (and it has nothing to do with your business)…you’ll still get charged. This can really be detrimental for small businesses that can’t afford to pay senseless charges. I have to watch every penny I spend when it comes to marketing. At first Google Local Service Ads were legit some of the best ROI I’ve ever seen, and then it started going downhill, and then it got to the point where I felt like I was just being robbed. Also, good luck trying to talk to someone in support. Google support is legit non-existent. The only people you can get on the phone are people from India who are reading from a script and have no idea how to help you. They just end up telling you to send another email to support.
