    My internet goes out regularly, I login to the app(and then into my account which is annoying in itself, all these logins feel redundant) and the app is t working either. I’m sure if I call I’ll get help 😒

    Once they remove the wrong account, this app has become worthless cannot sign in. Cannot pay bill or anything.

    They have you download an app to help you go paperless and pay your bill and you can’t even see your bill or pay it through this app anymore. This app is completely worthless.

    Took an hour to get information using chat. I've gone into the store to get help but the gentleman refused and told me to use the app. This is ridiculous, I'm paying almost 400.00 a month 4 lines with only 2 new devices. Will be switching back to Verizon!

    I used to use the app all of the time. Now I have my account set up on auto pay, once in a while, I’ve had to go in and change my card number and it stinks! It takes me to DIRECTV no matter what I press and I haven’t had DIRECTV for over eight years. I can’t pay my bill on the app or online!
