    I can only assume that the absolutely horrible experience that I had using this application and trying to communicate with AT&T is intentional. It seems as though they have purposely designed something which makes it almost impossible to use and absolutely impossible to communicate with a human being or even to communicate with an AI voice agent Absolutely horrible thing I have ever used ever! I will leave this company as soon as possible based simply on the experience of using this application

    I have had the 2 best customer service reps. The “chat” text option on the app was phenomenally fast…..less than 30 sec to get a live being. Both exceptional; patient, kind, and knowledgeable.🥲🙌🏼

    From the minute I installed this app it wouldn’t allow me to log in I asked for my user id and it sent one when I try to log in it showed my email address as my user name which was different from the user id I was given?? I’ve called visited the store and this still hasn’t been resolved. Customer Service for the most part is only more frustrating no resolution.

    I’m on the app and navigating to find anything other than billing is nearly impossible. when using the chat to try and get to what i need, it’s absolutely useless and sends me to the same homepage which has nothing
