Description

FirstNet Assist provides all primary and extended primary first responders with support tools at their fingertips. This app provides access to Customer Care using multiple methods, as well as providing real-time self-diagnostics based on your device brand and model. In case your device is uplift-ready, the app allows you to request uplift from the field to any current uplift request within 50 miles radius of your current location. FirstNet Assist requires a login to the FirstNet portal.

    Does ATT even pay attention to the FirstNet Application? It’s like they have a rogue team of developers in some back closet they forgot about. You literally have an app that takes you to the ATT website. There literally is NO FIRSTNET APP. It doesn’t even really exist. What a sham.

    App crashes constantly and times out. Causes the inability to log in or takes dozens of tries. No support site or contact information fond so a bad review it is.

    For starters it sends you to safari after you login, then once you are on safari what ever new updates they have done to the website refuses to let you pay online. For the last 3 months I’ve had to go inside AT&T to pay the bill bc it won’t let me access the bill pay feature online. Way to prioritize your first responders and medical professionals 🫡 AT&T is horrible but somehow first-net is actually worse

    this app need to be deleted because it is useless! AT&T please let your customer service representatives know how to solve issues once we asked for assistance. Please train them well.

    This app doesn’t even work. I haven’t been able to login, “user ID is not active” for three years and people keep telling me to change my password. Your support is a joke and this app is useless. Three years and nothing. Thinking about going back to Verizon.
