I’ve used these app for over 3 years and it is getting worst. Many tools but they don’t work. I can’t see my devices, can’t pause them or label them. I finally gave up.

  • Terrible reception

I have always had to wait minutes for streaming to come in. Then the movies or programs buffered the whole time. I recently had to get fiber optic and was told it would not cost more but my bill went up $40 and the reception is still terrible. I have been a faithful customer all my life and now I’m 70 years old and I’m seriously considering changing carriers. My Dad retired from AT&T. Oh well…things change.

Not worth it. We are always not able to open device manager it always says “looks like we’re having trouble.” This app is a trash!

I was unable to run a speed test, so I tried the virtual assistant. It let me know that it could restart the network, which is what I wanted, so I chose that option. It asked me to explain why I wanted to do that. I explained and it decided to run a speed test instead, which of course, didn’t work. Then it tried again, and again, and again, and again… I closed out of that and the assistant asked if that was helpful. I said No. It said it would like additional feedback. So I was going to write this there, but the text field only displayed the first few words of my reply. Other than that, the app is alright.
  • Ok but needs improvement

This app is ok, but it doesn’t show me my broadband data usage accurately, which is a big miss. Its “Data Usage” graph just shows wifi clients, all of the hard wired clients are not taken into account. My house has cat6 wiring so I have a lot of activity on the wired side. My account is unlimited sata usage, but this is still a crazy miss. Also I cannot see realtime usage by client, something I have benn able do on older equipment for over a decade.

I have not had one single Issue with my service. Three kids at home and several streaming devices and not one issues. Well maybe a slight issue with the Mike Tyson Jake Paul fight but other than that service has been excellent.
  • Profiles inaccessible

When this works, it’s great, but my profiles are intermittently inaccessible—recently instantly over weeks. The AI assistant only wants to help with internet connection and can’t make sense of any other request. I find it isn’t helping me manage much of anything.
