  • App fails when you need it

    Almost every time I actually have an issue with my WiFi, and I try to use the app to troubleshoot, the app won’t load or won’t let me log in. I’ve had more times when I needed the app and it didn’t work than times when it did work.

    I have called att countless times! Att app can’t scan claiming I’m not connected to wifi but i am. Att said software glitch would be fixed two weeks ago and then another two weeks which it had been. Att used to care about their customers. One guy wasted half hour of my time laughing at me! Please fix my internet air hub so i can scan. Ty

    The app doesn't allows me to change the password. I tried to reset password but when I click on it the app starts immediately goes blank. No signal , no response from app. 😓
  • Love the app but it’s stopped connecting

    This would be a 5 star review if I could still connect. I had the app since it launched and used it daily / love all its features but it stopped connecting suddenly in November. Now I must restart my modem every time for it to reconnect and when it does, it only works for about 24 hours. I have an iPhone 15 pro max on the latest software with the app up to date. I’ve called tech support multiple times and they can’t help. I even just requested a new modem which att sent and still the same issue occurs after a day or so. The error I receive in the app is. “Looks like we’re having trouble”. Please help att. We pay a lot of money for your services and just want to be able to manage our home network. Update: att email support replied since I was asked to email them and they have not been able to resolve the issue since February 7. They are very slow to reply and when they do they offer little advice or insight to the problem or a resolution. The last reply was they think I should call to have someone look at our ines. Thanks for the great top level support AT&T. Good to see you value your long term customers. We pay a lot of money and can’t even access the services we pay for. Update: There was a new developer response to my review recently but it doesn’t appear here and I don’t know how to view it. Att, can you please just email me directly to help? Update: I’ve already sent multiple emails to that email address and haven’t been able to get any help. It seems like based on other reviews other users are having the same problems I am. Could there be problems with the app that need to be fixed?
  • Frustrating and unhelpful

    Going into the help function, first the chatbot says it detected a problem. Then it says there isn’t a problem (there are several). Then I get directed to live chat. In the past, live chat has ranged from okay to genuinely more harm than good and rude on top of it. For situations where you need help, you absolutely will not get it from this app. You’ll get a failed effort from a chatbot, but that’s really it. I don’t trust the live chat. It’s broken too many things in the past. A frustrating experience. I don’t recommend it or the internet it supports. Do better, AT&T. This isn’t close to adequate.

    As the title says, the internet is awful! It goes down numerous times daily. Techs have come three times, but no issues have been found. They replaced the router, updated the firmware… etc. I'm trying to get ATT Internet Air, but they say my address isn't registered, so they can't ship new equipment. Yet they have mailed equipment before. I Hate ATT wire internet service.
