    Amazon Management: “We have reached maximum growth through legitimate business practices. Monopolizing online sales and exploiting third-party sellers is not enough. We must now resort to addition tactics which include but are not limited: Selling used items as new. Despite amazing technology, inconvenience people out of money, namely by wasting their time. Burying useful consumer advocation functions such returns, pertinent order information, and customer service contact. Develop a system of errors and inconvenience of which 3rd party customer service representatives, most hard to understand over the phone, will assume the brunt of our business malpractice. Additionally we will update our technology UIs removing or relocating several essential consumer functions that may affect our bottom line. Customer service can be routed to a ridiculous chat bot that will further discourage our company’s accountability and improve our bottom line. When confronted with this we will point to the huge amount of terrible non-living wage jobs we have created.”

    Amazon shouldn't care if I'm using VPN while logged into my account. Stop throttling my service, makes it very hard to shop!!!

    Had to return 3 items from a bundle purchase, requested to return all of them to a UPS store on website. Got two return codes for them. I didn’t realize they defaulted two items to Whole Foods until UPS scanned the codes. So I tried to cancel the return on the phone website, the cancellation button wasn’t responding so I downloaded Amazon app. There was not even an option to cancel in the app! So I had to go home to cancel the return and initial an other return on my computer for the rest two items! Went back to UPS, the same thing happened again, one went through and the other one still needs to go back to whole foods! Tried the app again, it gave the option for cancellation but it was not responding! A simple request came with unnecessary amount of hassle. One of the biggest companies in the world, can’t even get a simple thing done right!!!!

    So tell me, why is it that something arriving tomorrow hasn't even been shipped yet but something that's arriving. Friday has already been shipped in something that's arriving in a few weeks thankfully before my trip is already been shipped Amazon.

    With every new update, the app works poorer each time. It worked great several iterations ago, why keep messing with it and making it terrible.

    You make it too easy to spend money. I LOVE IT!! But, you have everything I want (need,no). I have never searched for anything I couldn’t find. And at a decent price.

    Please put back the sort /filter function on reviews. This app is becoming more & more limited for the user. Other sources allow me to sort & learn from other buyers, so I'm more inclined to buy from them especially when the prices are the same.
