    It has been two months since i have started working with amazon flex. I was doing fine up until 3 weeks ago when they randomly accused me of not delivering 18 packages. This ruined my account and lowered my standing to “At risk”. This meant i could be fired at any moment for an action i did not commit. I called customer support about 4 or 5 times and each time i was forwarded to an email only escalation team who kept giving me different responses and wouldn’t solve the issue. They kept saying the decision was correct without any proof to base it on or they would lie to me and say they would remove the incident from account which they never did. I wouldn’t recommend this experience for anyone especially if you are looking a stable job. False accusations at any moment notice will put anyone relying on this for income in a terrible situation.     I have to be looking at the screen the entire time to get an instant block, notifications appears in silent mode even if all the alerts are ON. Extra stress and even I can’t go to the bathroom if I don’t want to lose a block. I’m like a slave of the screen. I wish someone can help me to fix this issue to have the freedom to at least close my eyes for 2 mins and rest.

    The app is better, but it’s still ok. It crashes in recent months because of camera. And the job is ok for side gig work. It’s not great. After four years I do it very seasonal and not as often as other side gig work. The pay is just not there! The support is zero. Really! Don’t bother trying to call or text, it’s a waste of time and energy. And it will always be your fault if you can’t deliver a package. Just face it they don’t care and it’s always your fault. If you can accept that, it’s an ok side gig with very low pay.

    There’s no reason we should be driving from the Westside of Chicago to deliver to the Southside of Chicago when there’s stores closer to delivery location, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

    The navigational signal on the app go out consistently goes out, causing you to continuously pullover and wait for the app to reload. This makes the drivers time on the road longer.. A 3.5hr shift turns into a 5.5hr shift, and you don’t get paid extra, just the initial quote. Also the wait time at the station should be added in the pay.. But it not but it also causes you hourly time to be longer than the time you signed up for.. The pay should go up when you still on the road making delivery, especially in area where there. Is harsh weather!!

    It’s nice to be able to deliver close to home and helps the pocket book.. I had a little trouble with the app at first but hopefully I’m on the right track.. Thankyou for letting me be a part of the Flex program..
