Although it’s not newsprint on paper the e-editions give me more that talking heads and sound bites that usually start with “BREAKING NEWS “

I use the Knox News app every day to keep up with local and state news. I find it to be much more thorough than any television coverage out there.
  • Hate the new format!

This is like reading the news on Yahoo or some other browser on the way to my email. I subscribe to a newspaper to read a newspaper. Please bring back the original newspaper format!

  • Editing issues

More often than I would like to see, there are editing issues like double words, missing words or correctly, spelled, but wrong words in articles. They should be caught by a human editor and not rely upon “spell check” or automatic editing to find and correct these issues. I find examples of this almost daily.
  • New app terrible

I finding anyway to reach a real person at NS I’ll say that this new app is terrible with pop up ads when I pay for a subscription. Terrible and it jumps around at times with no reason. Now it won’t load the e version and nobody to contact for help
  • Frustrating app

Seems to be getting worse. You read an article, scroll to go back out to the next article, then it takes you back to the beginning. The more articles you read, the more frustrating it gets. I hope there is a fix for this.
