If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app may request access to your camera to capture media & scan barcodes. Some Disney PhotoPass Lenses may use information on your device to detect face & hand coordinates. The app may request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party.     My Husband Bob & I couldn’t have had a more wonderfully planned & executed 40th Wedding Anniversary here! Everyone from the janitorial staff to cast members were fantastic!! Even the smallest gesture was granted & we are extremely grateful! My only concern was not having a wheelchair accessible while accessing our room, transportation between resort & bus access points. We have had to find a manual wheelchair to get me situated until we could rent an electric cart at the Parks. Can we find a way to remedy this? Would it be possible to rent an EV for the duration of our trip next time? It sure would streamline the process between all the parties involved. My Son Christian would make an excellent Disney liaison for matters like this! Thank you, Bonnie & Robert Werkmeister 908-910-4703

    A few days ago I signed in the app and was planning my stay. Today I can’t find anywhere on the app to do that. If you go to google it’s right there and encouraged to use the app. I’m totally lost.

    Disney is apart of my life, so it is only natural that the my Disney experience app is as well. Fast, efficient and easy to navigate reservations, hotel info and park time, this app is a must if you plan on visiting Walt Disney World.

    Was looking to get a table just before we are leaving to head back home from Chalmette , Louisiana the check-in service was super nice friendly and got us in first time eating here as well 🥰😊👍🏼👍🏼 “Great Experience”
  • Possibly my worst experience yet

    As a passholder we enjoy the parks and lightning lane experience. Our lightning lanes were put behind regular admission guest as I paid $160 for a upgrade on 5 passes to go in front of regular admission guests! Multiple rides were down as I had guest from Ohio come here and pay over $500 today and the park also closed at 6pm. Needless to say our experience has not been great we feel Disney wasted our money and whatever you feel is acceptable for compensation would be appreciated!
