    SO MANY BUGS WITH THIS APP, IT IS CURRENTLY NOT ALLOWING US TO VIEW ANY TOOLS, IT IS SLOW, HAVE TO LOG IN MULTIPLE TIMES

    The new version that just came out fixed the trouble logging in that I was having. I love it for events and the calendar. I wish News showed more new content instead of holding older articles on the main page.

    Ever since you updated the app it’s impossible to use it. Doesn’t even load and none of the features you actually use it for work so you have no choice but to use the website. Which makes no sense when you just made a new update. It makes it harder to give shifts away and to check your schedule. Please reverse it to how it use to be cause this is very bad.

    I’ve worked many jobs who used apps for scheduling and this is by far the most bugged, and slow. Constantly getting logged out, windows that’s never open, unless I completely restart and more.

    this app is so incredibly slow and just bad, my schedule will not load until the next day which makes it EXTREMELY hard to trade shifts which is unfair because everyone has already traded so i’m left with shifts that i can’t work. it kicks me out all the time and says that my password is wrong so i have to get a leader to call and confirm that it’s me.

    So I use this app for my job and ever since the “bugs” that we’re supposedly in this Cast Life app happened, which I don’t think there was any bug fixes, it was 1,000% fine how it was. Now for viewing the Record Card we can’t filter out 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 180 days, 365 days and so on… Even though there’s a button that says “Filter” you need to fix this now, please…..

    Very confused on how the attempt to fix the current record card issue was to make every tool tab you press automatically opens into a browser. Before it would just open in the app itself now it forces me to go to safari. At this point I might as well delete the app since I would need safari anyways ti access everything.
