    We where thinking of resubscribing and saw even if you get a subscription you still pay for ads. 🙅🏻‍♀️🤯🤡. Fist time I’ve seen that.

    Since you merged with Hulu this app will NOT let me login. I paid and now can’t use it. Can’t reset password and codes you send do not work. VERY disappointed!! I’d like a refund Again more problems with adding Hulu to this app this was WORST merger!!! Can’t change password stuck on junior mode. You RUINED a great app with adding Hulu! Terrible! Don’t get it!!!

  • Frustrating when trying to sign in on a new device

    It is frustrating when signing in on a new device. Tried signing in on a new TV. Promoted to go to a site, enter code, etc. Then I’m sent to manage devices?!? Huh? Why? No mention as to why. I did this several times thinking that I was doing something wrong. Then I decided to remove some of the saved devices used for logging into Disney+. Once that was done, I was ready to stream. PLEASE MENTION NEEDED STEPS, like remove some saved devices. Took too long and got me frustrated. Work on your service to make it easier for paying customers

    I used to have Hulu with my premium plan. But after looking at the app tonight I don’t anymore. And I have to upgrade plan to get Hulu? I am on a fixed income and this really makes me mad that you had to change Hulu from premium to the bundle to get more money.

    This app is amazing combines emotion in a film and etc., with all of the films that you could watch with their family, your friends and etc., but the new update has a fair amount of ads, and it gets to the point where I want to throw my computer, it’s the same ads countlessly it gets so annoying if you’re watching a series with multiple seasons or like a show with multiple seasons, you’re gonna see the same ad same time most of the time three per break. I recommend that you should make for the time period you put one ad per ad break and make sure the same ad does not repeat in the same episode and do not make the ad over 30 seconds so that’s all I wanted to say
