    You spend more time looking at your phone and stressing on planing to meet times. People including elderly or disabled would have a hard time navigating. it needs to go back to old system or an alternative wristband or similar for this not able to use apps

    Get ride of LL and charging extra. Make people walk around the park, allow them to be in the moment! Get them off their phones, enjoy the time with family and friends. Not staring at their phones on trying to figure out when they can get the next LL. The point of going to Dland is to be in this magical place, away from reality and off the phones. People have to bring chargers to just make it through the day at Disneyland. It’s pathetic. I get the food lines I’m sure are less busy with the order ahead, which hopefully there are less hangry people at your front line F&B staff but let’s try to get rid of phone use when in the parks!

    Was disappointed bought lightning passes for my family but could not use them. We tried on Buzz Light Year they told us no. We tried on Pirates Caribbean they said no. I had my Son that had a cast that had a doctor note to stay off his foot and the told him he had to walk the line to the area where they load people on boats. We had to wait more then 4 hours for the haunted house. We were unable to get a return time because we had another return time you can only have one. You need to make this better. We wasted $36 dollars for 4 people that is allot of money.

    Literally everything is through the app. Want Dole Whip at the only place that sells it? Be prepared to be forced to use the app to buy it and stand there for 45 minutes while there’s nobody inline to pick it up while the employees are literally just standing there. Want to use your lightning lane pass? Be prepared to wait 4 hours to get into the things you want to do. The whole app and lightning lane experience is a joke.

    I feel the app allows you to control the chances of booking ride reservations. However, Disney overbooks its parks, making it impossible to book ride reservations. For example, the Indiana Jones rides are not available for booking until 11:00 p.m. at night. As of now, it’s 11:59 a.m. I won’t be able to book any ride for 11 hours due to only allowing one booking at a time. The ability to pre-book a ride is an additional cost. Don’t recommend getting the Lightning Pass. In addition, certain rides are closed.

    They send your tickets digitally and then the only way to link them is from your camera. Makes no sense. So many redundant and ridiculous things. Do better this should be easy

    App links send me to website, and then I have to log in over again. I’m trying to add a genie pass and am caught in an endless loop.

    The convenience and ease of using this app is a bonus, and a real life saver for use in navigating ALL areas of the park. Order food. Make reservations for meals and virtual que attractions like the Holliday Haunted Mansion. I also LOVE having the client to add a reminder for where I parked my car.

  • Disneyland is no more!

    No more happiest place on earth. Unbelievably long lines. Massive amounts of people and there isn’t even a line at haunted mansion anymore. The app isn’t helping with anything. And what’s the point of lighting lane?
