    I can’t even navigate the menu to get around and even pick a song. My joy con starts vibrating furiously and everything just shuts down. The camera dancing is cool but everything else is completely horrible to try and use as a menu controller. I hate this app and will never use it again! Thanks Ubisoft for a terrible experience when I just want to have fun lol.

    I can’t connect the app onto my ps5 to play .. I did EVERYTHING to troubleshoot it and failed.. I would give it zero stars but that’s impossible

    Been trying for months and nun of my phones will connect to the game it keeps saying connect to same WiFi but we on the same WiFi which doesn’t make since. Can y’all fix this bug because I spent over $150 for this game just to not be able to play it is ridicules.

    I love this game but having to hold my phone or even use my phone is pointless. They have the phone camera option but they could have just continued with the Kinect and also added the option to use the phone as a controller. My kids play this game and they do not have phones so really just a waste of money at this point.

    I love it I can now play without my Wii because it’s old and barley works very happy but every time I try to connect it says I can’t and I have no WiFi but I clearly connected I payed 53 dollars for 2024 edition and I can’t even play Help with this error please and thank you

    Ive tried over and over to use my camera on this app, it always says its not connected to the same wifi but it is. ive done everything i can and even tried reading the reviews and it does not work.

    I really loved the idea of tracking our dance movement but my kid only has and iPad and can’t do it even though he loves just dance.please fix.

    I have the Switch so I don’t really need a controller on my phone but just today, I found out about the camera controller mode and REALLY wanted to try it. But I downloaded the app and it said over and over connection failed. No matter how many times I started both devises over, it still wouldn’t work. I even tried to use my mom’s phone and I’ll give anyone who’s reading this one guess what it said. No connection. I got so fed up (I almost cried) I had to delete the app. I’m never downloading it again until I get notice on fixes. Pls fix God Bless You 😘
