  • They keep changing it

So when I got this app, it was under the original name and was easy to use now after they change stuff it took me a minute to navigate through the new stuff. I eventually got it down. I love how you can customize it to the equipment and change certain workouts if you’re just not quite on that level, however they keep changing the app around there was a workout called the bro workout which I’ve been doing for a while, and I recommended to a friend of mine who would come over and work out with me we both really enjoyed it. However, when he bought the app, the workout was not showing up anymore. I don’t understand why you would add something for a bit and then get rid And I noticed the workouts that that remain after the change again which is all right, but again I miss my bro workout I wish they would stop changing things around constantly. I know they’re trying to make it the best app for the job but still. It’s disconcerting when I recommend it to a friend who goes out and buys it and they don’t have the workout that we wanted anymore.
  • New update makes app unusable

I stopped using this app and canceled my subscription. It’s really a shame because it used to be such an incredible app. The plans now appear to be cut down, you can’t browse all of them. You have to adjust your settings to see different plans which is just a bizarre UX. And an entire tab for exercises which is essentially useless. The schedule is also incredibly challenging and unforgiving if you miss a day. I wish I could just go back to the old app / the company invested in stronger UX and user research.
  • Great App but missing ONE essential feature

This is a good app for planning and tracking your exercises in the gym. It could be a great app if it had ONE essential feature: the ability of users to set/modify the workout schedule. When you select a workout plan, the app selects the workout days for you. You have no control over this. You have no ability to reschedule a workout to a different day if you are unable to make it to the gym on a particular day. Considering this app is filled with so many great features, this one missing feature is stunningly shortsighted.

App use to be good until the update. Can’t even use it anymore. Wish I could get my money back for the months I have left

I submitted for their 7 day trial and they immediately charged me for the 1 year sub. Apple refused to refund me. Not saying don’t try the app just Beware they scammed me maybe they will do it to you too.

I like the simple clean interface of the app. It’s easy to use and I love the rep promoting so I know when to start my next round. Wish you could edit a workout once finished. Sometimes I make changes or need to adjust the time or something. Also I wish when you add cardio, it would identify muscles used And not just lump in as cardio. I like to track my pacing when running.
  • Great better than a Personal Trainer

This is great for a new person going to the gym. I find the videos and instruction better than when I had a personal trainer. This app is a far better value and I think the average person will get a lot of use out of this because it shows you how to correctly use the weights And do the exercise exercises properly. Plus, the application is a lot cheaper than the personal trainer and as long as you follow the exercise exercises as it says to do them, you’ll have success
