    I like this app because you don’t have to do heavy lifting use your body weight and to top it off if you’re a beginner, this is a great app for you and it’s not too long but you will feel the exercises that’s for sure

    I am loving this workout given I have nerve damage down right arm, neck issues even after surgeries and psoriatic arthritis. I definitely feel the burn day doing it and after. I wish the payment wasn’t so steep or I would definitely keep this app and use every day

    Started using this app, then had an injury and had to wait, the app would not let me continue without more payment and now I’m being charged $38 dollars - beware, this app rips you off!!

    I don’t usually leave reviews on apps.. but this one isn’t bad. Yes, you do have to pay to unlock more workouts, but what doesn’t have you do that these days? The workouts that are free on here work just fine for me. My one little issue is when you’re doing the cross one leg over the other stretch, the directions are switched, but not that big of a deal to me. Hope it gets fixed though for the other people that use this app so the same thing isn’t mentioned over and over in the future (if it’s not mentioned already).

    I can’t seem to get past the customization menu. When asked which areas I want to focus on, the continue button lights up but no amount of tapping will let me get through to the next screen. A bug?

  • Easy workouts that you feel the next day

    I am on day 3. Fist day I did the 10 mins and thought they were way to easy to be doing anything. Day two I was sore in muscles that proved the exercise was indeed actually working unused muscles. Day 3 was harder for me but my legs are weak and it was mostly all wall squats. I am very please so far and for the price… a winner for me!
