    This app is so amazing!! I love it so much. Whether you have 10,15-20 min or even 30 min… the workouts vary from easy, medium or hard.. You can choose programs that focus on upper, lower or a full body workout. My time is very minimal during the week so I am able to do this app 2 to 3 times a week right now and I’m already seeing the effects of that consistency… it’s also helping me build strength and endurance so that I’m sure it won’t be another couple weeks till I can do 4-5 times a week!!! LOVE LOVE IT!!

    I’m on day 3 of using this app. And it works out the areas. I also accommodated for injuries and so far so good. I’m happy so far with how easy the workouts are and I get a nice sweat! I said I could do a free trail but I think it ended up charging me for the year.

    This app is everything I never knew I needed. For years, I've wanted to start some kind of workout regimen bc I had a major surgery on my spine that resulted in scoliosis & deterioration. Working out is a must if I want to maintain bone density, strength, & range of motion. I've worked out 28 hrs in the past year. That's 28 more hrs than I would've worked out WITHOUT the app. By creating 10-15 min. exercises targeting specific areas, work-outs are readily accessible, convenient, & easy to complete. The built-in calendar monitors my progress, which in-turn motivates me to keep going. I can already see a HUGE difference in my abs, butt, thighs, etc. Get the app, you won't regret it!!

    I love this app but it started glitching and wouldn’t load my workouts past 80% despite resetting the app and my tablet. I had to delete and redownload but my old progress isn’t there anymore. :( I wish it had the option to load previous data so I could still see my previous plan and workout history!
