    I’m a 65 year old female who just retired. My job was busy in that I was on my feet 10 hours a day and walking 5-8 miles a day. This app has allowed me to continue to get exercise along with walking 3-4 miles a day 4-5 times a week. It is helping me take off those 15 pounds I gained since retiring.

    I wish I could give this more stars. I’m 72 and overcoming some serious health challenges the last two years. I need some to rebuild muscle, improve my stability and flexibility, and give me more energy. All in a package designed to be safe and effective for seniors. This is it. I looked at a lot of different apps, but nothing took into consideration my age and state of wellbeing. The programs here are as challenging as I want, but adjustable when I need them. And I’m having fun. I’ve already lost weight and woke up this morning happy and energized. Can’t wait to do today’s routine.
