  • Buggy ads

    At least 30% of the time the ads lock up the app. Forcing user to log out and then back in to play next game. If you are going to force ads with every play they should function much better. I deleted the app a while back for this reason. Doesn’t seem to have improved.

  • Unhelpful customer service for a month

    I have been patiently awaiting help from customer service for over a month and I keep getting the same basic response. I cannot log in to the app with email, Facebook or Apple and they said they have passed my message to the technical department but still nothing. They told me to check here for updates and I saw a message that it had been fixed but mine is not fixed and I am very upset. No one is willing to give me answer on how to fix it.

    I just reinstalled this game after not playing for years. I have missed it but the ads! Yes I understand that some games have these but after every single turn?? It takes away from the fun of the game having to sit and wait for an ad to finish to get back. I can understand maybe after several turns but not every single turn! And I don’t know what’s going on with the sound for the game either but it comes and goes. The sound will be there for one move and then and ad pops and then no sound after the ad. I have to keep closing out the game and reopening it to get any sound back. I do enjoy playing this game and even had a couple friends download it so we can play together. But this 2 issues makes the game less enjoyable then what I remember it used to be years ago.

    Good game but the ads are enough to upset anyone. I’ve threatened to delete the game many times. Plus they want a ridiculous amount of monthly money from you to remove ads. Horrible.

  • Limiting coins to 1500!?!

    I play wwf with people who play this game straight—no coins, prizes, free hints etc. so on my honor, I don’t either. I have my 1500 coins so why oh why do I have to keep getting my presents, I have to just sit and wait and wait some more while they open. At least I can close the game to stop all the very invasive ads for fat lady bras, tired of all these pointless delays. Fun game tho.

  • Zynga allows fraud on their WWF 2 game

    On March 25, 2025 I reported that there was a fraudulent player trying to get players to send him an Apple Card. This is fraud and a scam. When I reported it the moderators on Zynga, they denied that there was fraud or scam happening. I appealed, with no luck.

  • Bonus Coins?

    I’ve loved playing this game for over 14 yrs. Lately I watch ads and afterwards no coins are awarded. Consistently for the past several days the reply is “Sorry! Something went wrong. There was an error granting your reward. We will try again in a few minutes.” Unfortunately after minutes turn to days, no award arrives. What’s up??

    I’ve played Daily word play everyday until recently, first off you have to get over 1008 points to finish and that would be okay if you didn’t have to exit out of the ads 4 times to get back to the game. I understand having ads but not that many it takes too long to finish so it’s not fun anymore.
