    I miss the days when you could use coins to play missed levels now you are forced to subscribe…no thank you. I will not be logging in to the game and when it gets removed from my storage I will proceed to delete it permanently from my device. Best wishes.

  • App won’t work

    Third time this has happened and it’s ridiculous. I had a 776 day streak, I KNOW I played the game every day, woke up and streak was GONE! Not happy at all but start again, was over 70+ days, again open my app and once again I’m back to zero days. This just happened AGAIN this morning. What the heck is going on?!?! Love the app but I’m about to delete and find another crossword that does NOT screw with people.

  • Game tries to download a puzzle

    Game tries to offer you free Tues puzzle but we get error message because there is no 9/25/2012 puzzle, it doesn’t exist. Second time this month had this problem. And it just stays on game for several days which is super annoying. Should be a better way to report your software glitches.

  • Used to be good - changed how many coins you win

    Used to be 300 coins if you came in 1st. Now it’s a percentage of who knows what. Won last week and got 87 coin and this week #1 and got 57 coins Ridiculous!

    I’ve about had it with app ! Solved all the puzzles all the way to getting the 100 coins at the end of the games but I didn’t receive any of the rewards the whole time ! Nothing

  • Freezing up

    Update - they fix this freeze problem after about a week but it comes back every month or two. I have good internet so that isn’t the problem. I’m really getting tired of having to shut my phone off after each puzzle. Please get this fixed or I will have to say bye and I don’t want to. I love the puzzles, even if some of the answers are not right. Original post - The last two days have been a nightmare. The game freezes up after you finish a puzzle without telling you whether there are errors and then clearing so you can continue to the next game. I have to totally shut down my phone every time I finish a puzzle. Please fix this because I love this game. I do not enjoy the bonus games where you have a group of letters and must find all the words. Not my favorite game when I am expecting to do crossword puzzles. But I thank you for the other bonus games.

    Great game but repeatedly runs ads that dump you out of the app and into a browser to a “your phone has been hacked/infected” site that tries to run malware.

    The ads are so disruptive this game isn’t even worth bothering with, and even though they say there is a VIP subscription option that is ad free, good luck figuring out how to get it. As far as I can tell, that’s just straight-up false advertising. There does not appear to be any such thing. Also, no trivia questions. It’s like I don’t even have the correct app, but I do.
