    This game is evolving. The one thing that holds true is it’s a gem game. No matter how powerful your team is, you can and will lose to less powerful teams based solely on the gem algorithms.

    Needs to improve champions Defense vs opponents and the striking power of champions in RAIDS play Very Detailed game that I wanna see improve because it has so many game modes that make it fun to play

    The game itself is not bad but selling $300 packs AND making players watch ads? Too many match 3 games in the mobile space to choose from to be giving my money to these clowns.

    As the title says, don’t waste your time. This game was fun especially if you’re a Game of Thrones fan. The problem is the developers keep changing the damage system. You build a team which takes time and $$$. Then they change the system in hopes you will spend more $$$ to make a new team to support what damage system they change it to. Brittle is COMPLETELY useless now, this month or 2 it’s birthright. Soon it will be back to bleed or something different. All in hopes to get you to spend $. Just don’t waste your time.

    This game was fun to play. Now it is almost unplayable. New calculations were added so now you are sitting and waiting as the attack effects are slowly applied. And they are also going through and changing the actions of every character. So if you enjoy building up a team and then randomly having to start from scratch because all character actions change, this is the game for you. And forget customer service. It's either "we know it's a problem. Have a nice day!" or the standard "it must be your internet connection". Look forward to many frustrations if you give it a try.

    This game used to be really fun but they got too greedy these days. If you want users to purchase items, you’d better make the purchase satisfying. But any purchase of that much amount money isn’t just worth. You spend $10 on silvers but all you get is just a decent amount of level-ups for one champion. $10 is a lot of money for a lot of users. You’d better make either the price lower or amount you get from the purchase a lot more. I might delete game in several weeks if these things are not fixed. I am sure others have same thought. Don’t be deceived by the high star ratings. Your company might be making a lot of money from who make purchases, but you are losing a lot of users and they will remember the name of your company and likely not downloading your next launched game. This is apparently a mistake in a business point of view too.
