Impossible to connect with my phone Bluetooth I’m trying to send it back as fast as I can.
  • Refuses to make labels with more than five point font.

You can’t specify the point size for the font when you make a label. It refuses to make it much larger than about five points so you have to squint in order to read the type. What a piece of junk.
  • No Native iPad Support?! How?!

How in the world this app doesn’t natively support the iPad is beyond me. Especially since the other version for older model label printers does. Will update stars to 5 once they add native iPad support!
  • I like the printer but

I haven’t yet been able to print a label that wasn’t either cut-off by the printer or where the label wasn’t too long with a lot of waste.
  • Love it with one minor exception

I love this app and my P-touch Cube. I use it for stock labels for our business, along with labels for everything in the house that needs labeling. It is easy to use and easy to create good looking labels. The one thing that bugs me is not being able to insert barcodes or QR codes. I can using the iPrint&Label app, but the interface is far less appealing.
  • Full of errors

Constantly overriding errors in the ap. It often reports text won’t fit on the tape when it does. Says the cutter on the machine is inoperable when it’s fine. Should be simple but it’s just not great at all.

  • New Phone

Got a new phone recently, and discovered that my recent prints and saved labels do not save on my printer or in an account. I had a good amount of templates saved that I have to try and recreate. :(
  • Lousy Labeler

Absolutely NOT user friendly. Wastes labels because of the long lead on the tape. Cannot find a way to adjust it to avoid waste. I definitely DO NOT recommend!
  • User interface is awful

Everything works great but just terrible, antiquated user experience
