  • Gets more un-mac-like with every release

    While I do appreciate that Brother continues to offer some software support and is better about it than many other Japanese companies, it is super annoying that they insist on creating their own user interface concepts rather than observing the tried and true Mac interface. Each new release gets further and further away from behaving like a Mac app, making it frustrating to use.
  • Pretty Awesome Needs 1 clear option

    The software has been pretty awesome so far but one key option is missing and annoying so 1 star until they update. I have a long label of numbers 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 I WANT the option of putting in a cut break in between the numbers, there is NO option for this. Instead I have to use $2 scissors to cut them out from my $100 label printer, makes no sense. OR I can make individual labels 1 - Print, close screen, 2 - print, close screen, 3 - print, close screen and so forth. So I have to have 10 screens to go through to print 10 small labels. So time consuming so I’ll stick with my $2 scissors until this is added. The software as been great otherwise and has a bunch of different options and recognizes new tape size that has been installed so you don’t have to adjust. JUST PLEASE ADD THIS OPTIONS AND IT WILL BE EVEN MORE AWESOME.

    I’ve spent about 1.5 hours over two days trying to use my P-touch CUBE Plus (PT-PZ10BT). My Mac (running OS 15) will connect via bluetooth, but no printer is found by the Brother P-touch editor. With a USB connection, I can sort of print, but the cartridge tape keeps bunching up rather than flowing outside the case. I’ve fiddled and used a few different cartridges, but no joy. This was supposed to make labels easy! Sorry, I gotta send this back.

    Your girl loves to label things but when I started my farmers market journey I found it difficult to keep up and on top of that label everything using your traditional printer labels and I just didn't like the look of handwriting everything.. No shade I promise it just wasn't for me. I then got a Brother Label Maker and I import my own graphics, QR codes and can do this in a matter of seconds. The only thing I wish this printer had was a few more label color and size options for us small businesses that want to jazz things up a bit. -Jamine

  • How could a company the size of Brother have such terrible support for Mac

    No more drivers for MacOS 14.x Sonoma? With older versions of the macOS I was able to simply create my own custom templates using Adobe illustrator. Now the only way I can print labels is through this terrible software?
  • very good but using App not straight forward

    The label maker allows for using various tape sizes from 12mm to ½ inch. The 2 samples included are ½ inch and IMHO bad. The App is a bit clunky and takes time to figure out such as how to have multiple symbols on one tape without doing a Cmd-Copy-paste

  • Wonderful App

    This is a wonderful app. In the past, I have used a handheld P-touch to print labels. You can do so much more with the computer software than with the handheld device. For example, you can even print labels with pictures on them, or with letters from other writing systems.
