Photoshop on the iPad opens the same files as Photoshop on your desktop (macOS or Windows) using cloud technology, so you can stay in sync across all your devices. Import your raw images directly into Photoshop, make nondestructive edits, and share for comments right within the app. TOP FEATURES Photoshop on the iPad delivers core tools designed for Apple Pencil and touch. Get inspired and learn tips and tricks in our new inspiration gallery. Our guided tours and coach marks will help you get familiar with the UI, which has been designed for touch and the power of the Apple Pencil. Easily share with collaborators for commenting. We’re releasing new product features every month, so check out the “What’s new” page in the app to see what’s coming next, suggest features, and help us build the Photoshop experience you want. RETOUCHING AND COMPOSITING: Enhance images and adjust color tones with Curves. Remove unwanted elements with the Spot Healing Brush, Healing Brush, and Clone Stamp tools. Bring in your raw photos from your camera, iPhone 13 Pro (ProRaw), or Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, edit them with the power of Photoshop, and send them back to your Lightroom catalog. Use the Object Selection and Select Subject tools to make quick and detailed selections when you’re combining images and fine-tune them with the Refine Edge Brush. Convert layers into Smart Objects that you can transform in a nondestructive way. PAINTERLY EFFECTS: Blur the lines and soften distinct edges with the Smudge tool, which simulates the effects of painting with a wet paintbrush. Smudge, mix, and blend to create an original masterpiece. The Sponge tool gives you full control to adjust the color saturation precisely where it’s needed. Intensify or remove color from selected areas in a single brushstroke. TOUCH AND APPLE PENCIL CONTROLS: Swipe, pinch, tap, scribble, slide — you’ll feel closer to your work than ever before, and with Apple Pencil, you have ultimate precision. FAMILIAR TOOLS: Work with your layer stack and toolbar tools just like on your desktop. With context-aware UI, only the core tools and panes are displayed, so you can focus on your canvas, not the clutter. • Lackluster

Having and iPad m4 that has the same capabilities as most Mac books, the lack of features is truly remarkable. I’m not sure for whom this iOS version is designed for but it is useless for my basic workflow.
  • Zero functionality for $10 a month

You can’t even draw a straight line. This app is a completely scam. stick with the desktop version.

I’ve always been a fan of Photoshop and Adobe products. However, with the subscription you get all the bells and whistles.
  • Buggy & Hasn’t Advanced Since Launch

    By kday72
Why hasn’t this advanced much in the years since the version on the ipad has been launched? I don’t get it. I’m working on something now that keeps telling me that I can’t work on the layers because the channels are locked after working on it for hours. THERE ARE NO CHANNELS IN IPAD PHOTOSHOP! Something seems to go wrong every month. Do something to advance these apps and fix the bugs! We’re paying good money for them and putting in A LOT of time in projects just for something to go wrong at the last minute. I LOVE Photoshop on my laptop and was so excited to see it on ipad, but even imaging apps that come with tablets and phones now have the same features. Please add more features.
  • Liars

Your app promised one month free subscription but i got charged right away quite furious about that
  • It’s not free at all

By why is it using nicknames
You have to make an account first and your only option is free trial one month or pay for it, you can’t do anything with it unless you pay, essentially.
  • Apple Pencil doesn’t work

    By MekaDoge27
I bought an iPad so I wouldn’t have to do photoshop on my PC anymore but come to find out my Apple Pencil brush strokes don’t appear until I have lifted the pencil. This is a 100% real Apple Pencil bought from the Apple Store. It is very frustrating that I paid a lot of money for these things end they do not work. I have seen people talking about this bug and it needs to be fixed asap or people will begin to take legal actions as paying for this service should allow us to use the features properly. This bug hasn’t been fixed for a hot minute and needs to be taken care of immediately.
  • Really helpful

There are a few elements that would be nice to be incorporated from the desktop version like some of the filter gallery options. But overall it is a good somewhat lite version.
