    Impossible to understand instructions.
  • App isn’t functional

Every function of the app is glitchy. I can’t read for too long because app will just freeze and none of the highlights/notes made will save. When reading on an iPad I don’t have the option to split screen. Which would make things a lot easier especially for note taking.

i made the mistake downloading this as an “epub” from my library. it did not say i would have to use this terrible app from adobe. It’s hard to use and slow. i had download the stub several times before i could get this to work. i can’t exchange this version the kindle one. I’ll never make this mistake again. If they cared, adobe should be ashamed of this piece of junk software.

I don’t have the option to open or import anything into this app.
  • Worst user interface I’ve ever used

Nothing works as intended and I can barely highlight. Don’t know how I’m going to pass this class if I can’t properly use the ebook.

Do not waste your time. The mobile app is maybe the worst I’ve ever encountered. The documents never fully load making my $40 ebook virtually useless. What’s worse is that I’m going g to ask for a refund from a small businesses because of it.

The apps seem to only work on laptops instead of tablets like IPad

If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Not only is the advertised syncing function an absolute lie, but it’s an established lie based on all of the many many discussion posts over the course of years. In addition to that, I thought there were problems with my books that I downloaded from EBSCO, but it turns out that it was just a problem with the iPad app not being able to read/load them. I can open the same files on my Mac and I can see and read the pages throughout the book, while on my iPad as the book progressed it looked more and more like a copy of a copy of a copy to the point where it was just the LaCroix version of text. I have no words for how irritating that is.

it’s a bad app. what qualifies it as such is it’s inability to perform its sole function, which is to view ebooks. image quality is poor on some pages, and refuses to load others. many in app features like jumping to certain pages or finding words in text are also non functional. idk why because adobe has to be rolling in it, must be some lazy developers.
