    I have been pushed back and forth all day to be told there is no store in the Dallas metroplex that can replace a screen and I have to mail my child’s phone in! I replaced my daughters screen about a year ago and had no problems. Same store still has the parts but magically does not show in the system, worst service I have ever experienced and put on hold for hours and then promised call back that never happened

    We bought the full coverage on all the T-Mobile phones just like I did when I was with Att…. my son lost the phone at school this week now they’re giving us the run-around about replacing the phone. We are covered on all our devices.

    Nothing works in this app. 9 times out of 10, I get the message “HTTP Error 500.30 - ASP.NET Core app failed to start” and if it does load, the page just sits there after you put your claim information in. Nothing processes. It’s like this in this app, and T-Mobile’s app!! Ridiculous.

    They tricked me in buying a phone , I ask to get the same storage as my old phone they told me no problem I had 250 stage on my old phone & thought that’s what they sold me but after a 15 days I realized I didn’t have that it was 120 storage I went to the store to talk to them and I was told I had 14 days to return it even tho it was there screw up they would not help me in any way . Since I realized it a day late . Bet that’s happens a lot hoping that we don’t notice till it’s too late . I’ll never buy anything from T- Moblie again ….

    Considering what I pay for insurance, It seems illogical to me that they would charge me for damage to the phone $105 (12 pro), it doesn’t make sense
