The T-Mobile MultiLine app is simple to use and works over any domestic carrier network. T-Mobile MultiLine also provides granular insights and analytics into work related productivity. Activation of the T-Mobile MultiLine service is required.

    There is a really annoying banner that appears after every single phone call asking for feedback about call quality. I HAVE ZERO DESIRE TO TAKE A FREAKIN SURVEY AFTER EVERY PHONE CALL. GET RID OF IT!

    I can hear what my clients are saying and that’s enough for me. My company explained that it doesn’t see anything outside of the app and only looks at activity on the app, so I feel a lot better about using it.

    This app has been slow the entire two years I‘ve been using it for work. It now takes several minutes for me to send a text message and the app crashes and won’t load and is generally barely functional. If I didn’t have to use it for work I would delete this app from my life and never look back.
  • Sprint get a clue

    I’ve tried a couple of times to get this. Sprint doesn’t have a clue as to how to do it. I’ve also found that no one in the company/stores even know they have, offer it, or how it works according to the things online. I’ve called the Tech department twice and have been hung up on. It sounds like a nice thing for someone that has both a personal phone and business phone, and doesn’t want to carry both phones with them. I guess I’m going to have to look at other options with other carriers. Its a shame that Sprint doesn’t know what they are selling.

    I deleted the app 2 months ago and I am still receiving sales calls from the app. It’s a pain to know people can still call in.

    Please consider changing the badge icon it looks just like the “My Sprint” app need it to look like the Movius App with Yellow/Black Functionality has gotten better with the updates thus far.
