    The privacy/security settings of the account should allow registering a phone number not in the account for sending the verification code required to login via app or website, since in some cases the titleholder of the account does not necessary uses one of the lines within the account, but still needs to manage the account. The titleholder sometimes is only responsible for lines used by family members, and . it is bothersome/annoying having to contact the primary line user to request the verification code sent via SMS to access account. Another alternative is add the option of sending the verification code via the account registered email.

    What in the word is going on with this app. Loading screens are 2 mins load time. That’s stupid. Fix the app!

    This used to be great when I could go to any T-Mobile store to get free T-Mobile gifts. The app works well but they don’t Always offer things I like or need.

    Had to switch over to t-life just to see my bill and it won’t even let me do that? This app needs some bug repairs or something, you think they’d test this during the development phase? Lol. Just feels rushed imo; constant loading loops (and if you’re lucky to get past that) followed with error occurred messages. It’s irritating. Do better.
  • WiFi connection not showing

    If you wanna check your Wi-Fi connections, it’s very glitchy. It keeps showing I have zero connections when I have several connections that’s a problem since someone unknown was on my Wi-Fi before I need to know who is connected to my Wi-Fi. The customer service reps will have you running in circles with no resolution 😭

    T mobile please get it together. The app is terrible, it doesn’t work half the time. Prioritize consistency over a nice interphase.
