    Paid for a Bible study that had a QR code to watch the videos that came with it. Was able to watch 1, but the app wouldn’t let me watch the others. I followed the troubleshooting steps given within the app, but the tabs listed were not on the app. I reached out for help multiple times (as I have paid for this video access) and have received NO RESPONSE!

    Access to this app has been such a tremendous help in my Bible study life. I can get the study guide and follow closely and I also can pull it up and listen while I’m sewing and I find it calms me. Every one has been a blessing

    This app constantly boots me. When I rescan the book code and start all over, I then have to change the PW. I do this with many attempts. But then it still does not let me watch the video with the book I purchased that said the video comes with it. This happens with every book I buy and try to watch on this app. It takes great effort to get to the point that I can watch the video.
