    I purchased this several years ago. Around January 1 of this year they converted to subscription. I lost my paid for version. I’ve written Harper Collin’s numerous times with no yresponse. They did once send a “fix” that did not work! Never purchase from them! UPDATE 10/24/2024 So after I posted this, they did respond that there was a fix for it. I have written them numerous times no response. So it remains the same poor Customer Service . What really upsets me is I paid for it several years ago and I have no access.🤬

    I am another legacy customer that can not access the app. Sent me instructions with broken promises of being able to update the app…numerous times….but the instructions do not work. Reading all the reviews from unhappy legacy customers other than myself… it’s plain to see that you have no intention on us ever being able to access our app again. So so sad!!

    I paid to download this app and have had it for years and used it with no problem. Out of nowhere they decided to create a required subscription where I now have to pay to access the daily devotionals that I already paid for. I’ve tried emailing, they respond that it’s been resolved but it hasn’t. I still cannot access the devotionals without being asked to pay a subscription. Total money grab. Don’t buy this app.

    I purchased this app when it came out and now I can’t access the content I paid for due to the subscription restructure. I emailed customer support and no response.

    The app developers got back to me saying there was an update. Needless to say despite deleting and reinstalling app still same issue. I emailed Harper Collin’s and got an email with how to restore my content and it worked! Hallelujah!

    I also purchased this app and have been using it daily for years. I got a new phone and even though I restored my phone instead of setting it up as new, I still lost access to this valuable gift from God. I've emailed support twice. I've checked for updates. But still it will not restore my purchase. I too, am disappointed that companies are trying to profit more than once off of God's living word. Please do better.

    The app has had issues all year and the updates don’t work. So disappointed. Good when it works but can’t use at all now. UPATED AS OF SEPT 2024: Updated app a month ago and it finally worked but now I can’t get any response as it’s not working again. I have sent two emails from support after reloading app to new phone. Doesn’t work right. I DONT recommend this app unfortunately because it has had problems for over a year and the company isn’t responsive.

    I purchase this many years ago and now I no longer have access to my online book. I have reached out to customer service/ technical support and they will not assist me with access. Now when I insist I have gone through all trouble shooting measures they no longer respond to my need for help. No resolution, no reimbursement, no customer service, no follow through. I am displeased and as a daughter of Jesus Christ I firmly believe he is displeased with you as well. This is robbery. Proverbs 6:31. And demonic spirit you will answer to the voice of the most High God. Galatians 6:7.
