Horrible Sporatic..some stuff works some not Nothing important is learned from using the app. They draw the fee flawlessly Thwy highjack your idenity so your out bound calls are identified as “unknown caller” Most important. Your phone number will not return to normal even if you cancel the subscription and delete the app

So I’ve been charged for 2 months without having access. I’ve tried support and I’ve tried the already purchased link. Save yourself the hassle.

I’ve used this at before and it worked just fine. It stopped working after one month and it continue to take my money. I try to use it once again to see if all the kinks were worked out and they have taken my money from my account and then gave me the notification that there is already a email subscribed, but did not refund me my money.scam

I downloaded the app march 2025, the app won’t work. it states that they’re unable to find my subscription therefore I have never been able to use the App. Do you think this company ever helped me resolve this problem? NO! They don’t respond to emails, they send the help questions to click on to solve the problem yourself. Yet today 3/12/25 I am calling my bank and reversing these charges. Sad I have to do this to get my money back because Apple told me to contact the app because it’s a problem within the app itself. Yet trap call didn’t help me fix the issue or refund me my $.

It doesn’t catch every call on my call log. Numbers still get through, what’s the point. 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • Works but at the cost of your Voicemail

I had this app YEARS ago, and I still haven’t been able to set my voicemail box back to normal. It did it’s job and helped me track down my stalker but it completely ruined my voicemail box. Verizon can’t even help me set it back up after multiple attempts.
