    i wish i never downloaded this app.. canceled my subscription 2 days before the trial ended and they still tried to charge me. my card was locked. whenever i try to download an app it prompts me to pay the subscription fee before i continue. so now, i cannot download any app in the app store until i pay the 7.99 fee for a service i don’t want.

    You’ve lost your minds. Quality was mid, at best for $60 a year. Now charging $90 you’ve absolutely gone mad. I’ll use the free version with iOS update. $90. Smh.

    Good app. I guess it serves a purpose to those that use a lot. But @ $5.00 a week is too rich for my blood. I gave it 3 stars because of the cost , other than that the app works fine
  • SCAM!!!They will charge your card before free trial is up!!!

    I downloaded this app and got a free trial for 7 days! About 2 days before the free trial ended, I cancelled the subscription. Tape a call tried to charge my card before my trial was up! Now I’m not able to Download anything from the Apple Store until I Pay Tape a call 9.99! Apple told me I would have to pay the 9.99 and then they would refund me! Paid it because Apple told me to and then they denied the refund!! That’s crazy that I have to pay for something that I canceled well before the trial was up! I actually liked the app at first but this has put a sour taste in my mouth!!!! This is straight not okay! Now I can’t download anything from Apple Store because everytime I try it says verification and prompts me to put a debit card in and tries to charge my card! I will be contacting my LAWYER!!! I wish I could give it a -0 There is also no way you can contact Tape a call! What kind of business doesn’t have a way for customers to contact them? 🤬🤬🤬That’s sounds SCAMMY TO ME! Please Guys don’t download this app! They just scammed me out of my money! I’m getting legal services involved! Apple will refuse your refund and appeal!!! Big OLE SCAM!!!

    I use this app for work, I changed my phone number and now I can’t use the app. Trying to reach customer service has been a nightmare I’ve sent so many emails. Their FAQ page says they have a chat option but I’ve yet to find it.
  • Used the app for 7yr, suddenly “cannot find subscription “

    I have been using this apps since 2017. It had lost my subscription several times but the support was okay and they helped to restore it previously. But this time, no matter how I tried to contact the support, it tells me to sort it out myself. The app keeps telling me that it cannot find my subscription, and I screenshotted my apple id subscription page and sent it to the support that I have the subscription. I am beyond disappointed, I will never come back.

    This app is excellent. It has been excellent for all the years I’ve owned it. Very easy to use. I recommend it without reservation. For all the years I’ve owned the app, the annual subscription fee has been $9.95. But now, the annual price is being jacked up to $59.95. That’s a total rip-off for longtime users and is the sole reason you get two stars instead of the five the app merits. If you want to keep me as a customer, you need to do better. Much better.

    This was amazing. It caught lies and illegal banking practices and it even proved I stated call recorded and them lying they didn’t know to they told me not allowed. Navy Federal will stop treating minorities and blacks differently after this interaction. They broken several banking laws/rules and ethics violations. It’s sad we trust our money to people who fail us And can’t keep personal feelings out of business relationships.
