    I would give it 5 stars but I’ll wait until they are accepted through the authorization app called plaid or any of the apps like Experian because I use cashapp to pay all my bills but I can’t connect my cashapp to those accounts because it’s not in the list of said banks. I love cashapp and I’ve never had an issue with it other than some freezing but it’s rare now I’ve been using this app for about a year now and other than extremely minor issues like it glitching a bit or freezing on start up I don’t have anything negative to say about cash app. I love it, I get my checks sooner than my coworkers, it got me into the stock market, I love the boosts that you can apply to the card. Would love to see actual cashapp atms pop up, that would be cool. I really feel like this app is going to last and get better!

    Updated review: They’ve done it again! This app has genuinely helped me turn my financial life around with its tools and features. The newest feature they’ve added is a feature I’ve seen in rocket money for years and have always hoped they would add to cash app. The ability to finally set separate savings goals gives me so much more breathing room to set and forget my regular bills. I still have to manually transfer my weekly amount to each individual goal but by adding that amount into the name of the goal I’m able to just send money to each account when my check hits and can just move it directly from my savings instead of having to transfer from savings to checking then back to a different savings. Having access to reasonable loans at the touch of a few buttons is amazing and they lay out everything very clearly so you never are surprised, even letting you know in advance the bill will be coming up soon. The only feature I wish we could have is the ability to rent trucks, cars, hotels and the such cause currently I still have to have a different card for that. Other than that I’ve never once considered needing to go back to traditional banks. Old review: I’ve been trying to find a traditional brick and mortar to do banking the way I want, but it’s hard to find one with all the features I like. Cash app hasn’t let me down, they offer direct deposit, early payday, very inexpensive cash advances with the most reasonable repayments I’ve ever seen (borrowed $120 for $6 fee and only have to pay back like $30 a week) stock and bitcoin options and your app acts as your wallet, so no need for an extra app. Saving options are pretty good, only thing that could make it better is options for multiple saving accounts, so I can have one for bills, one for long term goal, and a third for rainy day. Sending and receiving money is easy, fast and free. The card is pretty cool but I rarely pull it out since it’s linked to my wallet. Pending purchases automatically set aside the money, and when you buy an open ended purchase like gas, it updates you when your purchase has been corrected. I also do my taxes with this app and they send my return right to my account. The only thing that’s a little hard is depositing cash but there’s plenty of places that act as deposit stations, or you can always put cash on a gift card and transfer that to your account (that’s what I do when my work gives me a gift card). Cash app gets a bad rap for being filled with scammers but I’ve had no issues with the app. Best banking I’ve ever done and the app is very user friendly. I’d tell you about customer service but I think I’ve only had to contact them once or twice in my entire life because I never have any issues.

    Customer support can’t seem to explain why a blocked merchant was still able to pull a payment when they have been blocked. And I’m sure this will get un heard and looked over. Save yourself time don’t direct deposit or use them as a bank only good for sending friends money when in a pinch. Update still the worst.

    When I try to make a account using a guardian to approve my account it’s disapproves it even though my guardian approved it, It says ur location doesn’t allow it but my guardian got it from the same location

  • Stole $1800 from me, cash app will do nothing

    Yesterday almost $2000 was stolen from me and cash app will do nothing. They will not refund it. They will not acknowledge it. They basically are just blaming me. Do not use this app. Cash app will let people log into your accounts they do not have the proper cyber security to protect you in anyway. If this happens to you, ***report cash app to the Better Business Bureau also report them to the ***consumer financial protection bureau and ***file a report with your local police department. Cash App believes that they can just get around allowing people to commit fraud and they can’t. Report to the ***fair trade commission as well all three agencies.

    No matter how many times I get a new card block merchants or dispute charges my card information keeps getting stolen even though I have not used my card especially my new one anywhere other than the dollar store Walmart and Murphy’s gas station but for some reason they keep stealing my card information and giving it to other people and allowing them to charge my card
