  • Lacking Lake Maps

Love how easy On X hunting is to use, but On X Fish desperately needs to update their lake maps if they want to seriously compete with the other navigation apps out there (CMAP, Humminbird, Navionics). Not remotely worth the price with the lack of quality lake maps!

This app puts all DNR data into one spot. Makes the “know before you go” that much easier. User-friendly for anglers of all backgrounds. Highly recommend.

For someone who’s in north central Minnesota, this app is very useful with how it consolidates lake research into one platform. There are a lot of lakes in my area and I really like to be able to quickly get the details on the status of the fisheries. Must have for avid anglers
  • Super helpful in Michigan

Great app and a real timesaver when scouting. Thanks for a job well done. PS: The weather portion of the app is the hidden gem here, so be sure and check it out!

Love onXhunt but I fish more than I hunt. Switched to this and the heartland of the Midwest Indiana is not included. I’ve been using Fishbrain for years and really wanted this app to be complete to replace it. Following for updates but no need to sub for me.
  • Used to be great, isn’t very good anymore

Used to be wonderful for abundance, length, etc. but with the new update it is all locked behind a membership… won’t be sticking around anymore.
  • Not worthy of annual fees

The maps are far from accurate. And all of the data they are charging for is leached off the MNDNR lake finder. It is sad they went this route. Just us lakefinder.com like most of used before this bait and switch app came along.
