    It’s actually crazy how bad this app is when it comes to properly displaying my invoices. This company makes billions of dollars every year and has a barely functioning app 80% of the time. I literally have to get on my PC anytime I need to check current invoices, bc they dont properly display on the app. Very disappointed for something I pay monthly for. Ever since intuit moved to subscription only their service has gotten worse every year, but don’t worry, their rates will go up to match! Their “new improvements” are jibberjabber to appease shareholders. ANY SMALL BUSINESS NEEDING BOOK KEEPING PLEASE LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!

    The concept is great… But the app never works. It constantly crashes. The Shortcuts disappear all of the time. It drained my phone battery. I just can’t believe that you had the guts to have a tremendous price increase yet the app just keeps getting worse and worse!!!

    I hate this mobile app. It always freezes, it’s not intuitive, it won’t show me my unpaid invoices when I filter unpaid. It’s awful. And yet I feel like I’m stuck using it, because otherwise I’ll have to transfer my data to something else. Intuit you have so much money. FIX THE DANG APP.

    When this app works, it’s great. But for a good while now, it takes forever to get to the sign in (with Touch ID) screen, and I usually have to close the app several times and reopen to get it to load properly. Then, assuming it actually loads, now as soon as I start creating an invoice, the app just crashes and disappears. I’ve tried deleting the app, reloading it, etc, multiple times with the exact same result. Have fully shut down and restarted the iPad as well. Same result. Very disappointing, Intuit.

    Was expecting a better product. Constantly locks, cannot even load accounts. I’ll go back to keeping a written ledger. At least I know I’m reliable.

    How many times do I have to restart the app with monthly 35$ subscription to find invoice???? You ruined it about half year ago and it's still not working!!!

    I am usually trying to make invoices in between appts. But this app takes a long time to load and sometimes won’t refresh invoices without having to force quit multiple times. And even after that it’s still not loading timely. Please speed up the app.
