  • NEVER USE THEM!

They steal money from your customers and never deposit into your account! BE AWARE, I’m waiting for 4 months. For a simple deposit, they even block me and log me out of my own account.
  • Reusable Pay link is one time use

I have to recreate the reusable paylink every time , the email option does not give an option to email an invoice , it only allows me to collect payment via check or card ..? It doesn’t do anything it advertises

Don't ever use this app while you make your account they will send you email approval to start taking payments and when you start taking payments they will hold your payment and never deposit it into your bank account

  • Slow app

This app needs to be optimized or something. Just started using Quickbooks payments, coming over from square. Launching the app takes minutes, I took my first payment and the customer asked for a text receipt, it was just going in circles and we were awkwardly standing around for minutes waiting and just gave up in the end. Intuit is a big company and and their Quickbooks online software is just clunky far to often. Feels like your paying a lot of money for an unfinished product.
  • Ringing up cash

The payment app is pretty good except every time I try to record a cash sale I get the red screen. This has happened for years and really causes issues. Not sure the devs care tho cause I’ve complained through various channels to with no fix initiated to this point.

I'm sorry, but after years of the Home Screen of this app being frozen when opening the app, I must leave a 1 star review. This must be fixed.
  • Integrate chip reader!

Why makes us pay 50 dollars for a chip reader. Square app lets you use your phone as one. Very disappointing
  • Chip reader

The chip reader does not hold a charge. It’s supposed to for mobile sales. Square kept a charge. I’ve tried 2 readers and and both are the same. I might need to change companies for this reason.
