    Only have QuickBooks as a way to send invoices to wholesaler businesses. Didn’t use the card ever. I’m guessing because I didn’t want to comply with their psi program for $155 subscription that they closed down my account. I have no way to confirm this though because no one can tell me why they actually closed my account, not even the representatives at Quickbooks customer service could figure it out. Hard pass. Glad I didn’t have any funds stored. Who knows if I would’ve gotten it back.
  • Lacking Lots of Features

    Compared to my regular bank, this is missing many important features. For example, my other bank will draw money from savings into checking automatically when making a payment so that I can maximize my interest rate. My other bank also lets me make payments directly from my savings. This bank has neither of those features. Lastly, this bank won’t sync to any budget tracking apps. I’m now removing my money from this bank to return to my other bank.
  • What are you doing quickbooks!?

    I’ve never seen a company who’s business model is change the platform so much none of our customers can learn a dedicated system. The platforms change every couple months, and the functionality changes every other week. At this rate I’ll have to learn a new system just to send an invoice every week. It’s idiotic QB.

    The only thing is that I wish that I could issue refund on it. May be I’m not sure how to do that, I don’t know. I’ll find another way.

    I signed up my business to be able to send invoices to get paid. So far none of my customers have been able to pay my invoices through this app. It denies them on every route they try. ACH, debit/credit, venmo , land the other options just declined on the customer. I called customer support and they said their internal systems deemed it “risky” and couldn’t process payment. Risky? Its a normal credit card… The customer rep couldn’t help me at all and the customers were upset they had to seek other routes to pay me. I will not recommend this to any of my other friends with businesses and I'm signing up with a better program so I can get paid easily. What a joke this app was, save your time and frustration and seek other venues.
  • Incompetent liars

    I called because an invoice was paid. I was told my funds would be available the following day. From there I was told 4 different times of when I could expect my funds to be available and it was wrong every single time. Every time I called I was given an excuse. Their call center agents are as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. Their supervisors are even worse.
  • Crashes on startup

    app used to work great, but for the past few months it crashes on the loading screen after I log in. I’ve tried multiple iPhones all running latest updates.

    Ever since they switched the banking from the QuickBooks app to it own app, I’ve had nothing but issues! The app is always crashing, it never loads, and I’m always having to close the app out and when I try logging back in it doesn’t load. I can’t see how much money I have on my cards, and I can’t see my transactions because I can’t even get the entire home page to load. I recently bought a new phone and it did the same thing on my old phone so I know it’s not my phone or service. This is the only app I have issue with! Please fix the bugs because I use this app for my business!

    App never loads. Started my own company in NOV. 2023, I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times throughout the last 4 months. Wifi, Cell signal, doesn’t matter. Then when it does load and allows me to sign it, it gets stuck on the home page and doesn’t load any further. Have to log in using website to manage money. If this app worked properly I’d give it 5 stars but the last 4 months had been very disappointing. Still after multiple conversations with “We Care” or whatever your service department is for this app. It still doesn’t load. No matter what. I got checks I’m trying to deposit and can’t even get onto the app to check the account. Beyond frustrated with this product.

    Every now and then I’ll check to see if an update has fixed anything, but still can’t get past the initial screen unless I delete and re-download.. even then I’m only good for 1 log-in
