  • Company sends you to stand on dangerous intersections

    Lyft is utterly ridiculous. You order a car to a place you have done so 100+ times and instead of having car come to the correct location, a well-known business, they try to force you to stand in a dangerous spot on a steep hill. And when you realize the clowns at Lyft are doing this, and you try to change the pickup to the place you are actuall standing, and find out that is impossible they charge you $4.50 for cancelling. Thanks a lot Lyft... you just made it impossible for a disabled veteran to use your service.

    I took 2 rides today and was extremely happy with the service and professionalism of both drivers. Please understand that I only tip in cash, and the absence of a tip on the account is in no way a comment on the service I received

  • Scheduled rides dont come on time

    I always schedule a ride to work hours ahead of time and the driver consistently gets here late. Not sure if it’s the apps fault or the drivers but it’s very frustrating. Do better

    The lead times for driver pick up are never correct. And my ride just cost $24 and change, yet 20% calculated tip was $5.90, so the tax was not included in the ride price. Not cool. Your drivers are great but I hate this company and use it as little as possible.

    The prices are ridiculous at times 30.00 one way for a trip 15 miles or less is insane and the wait and save seems like a rip off I use Lyft every single day I feel like they abuse the fact that for certain riders this is our only of commute.
