  • Your App/ Algorithm Needs Some Work

    Requested Priority Pick Up… driver shown as 5 minutes away and app changes drivers and new driver was 15 minutes away. Not cool at all!! We had already waited approx 15+ minutes at that time. At a minimum, I want my additional fee for the Priority Pick Up refunded!! Driver was great and deserves better than showing up to deal with a frustrated customer over something they have no control over. Want me to use Lyft again? Then reach out to me to discuss.

    I’d like a refund of $5. Because I paid for a quick 2 mi minute pickup which I did not get. The driver was great, but Lyft needs to improve their app

    I just had a ride with Lucy and it was superb. The driver arrived in the time promised, drove carefully but efficiently, arrived at the designation exactly on time, the car was clean and very comfortable, and the driver was very friendly and intelligent. All in all, a wonderful experience.

    I have never had an easy experience with Lyft. every time I try to find a driver in downtown Chicago it takes almost 10 minutes with multiple drivers cancelling and saying it’s “still searching” but there are “5+ drivers in my area” Almost every driver picks you up and drops you off at the wrong place. I live in one of the largest cities in the country and it takes 10 minutes to find a driver? Absolutely hate this app, Uber never has this problem.

    For four years, I have not been able to request a ride. The first time I used, Lyft, I was able to get a ride. Since that time, I have never been able to get a ride after that. I finally decided to speak to customer service and they looked at things and said that they were going to have to escalate it and that I would get an email. I read online on Reddit that you never get anybody to respond once it gets escalated. How does lift make money if they cannot solve this problem? I am not the only one that has the problem. I’ve read a lot of people have it.

    All of sudden now the app won’t allow you to move on unless you either give the driver a tip or rate the driver. There are times where I don’t want to neither. I know negative star ratings affect the driver and I don’t feel that I should be forced to rate the driver. This is forcing me delete the app and just use Uber. They give me the option to leave tip or review unlike this app

    A bunch of f-tards! When I sign into the website, and say Log In as a rider quit promoting me to become a driver. When I click Rider, quit promoting me to sign up as a driver!! I DONT WANT TO DRIVE FOR YOU!!

  • Great ride and Good Price

    We thoroughly enjoyed the ride with Adrian. He was propped, friendly and professional. He wanted the extra mile to drop our bags off at the hotel door. We look forward to riding with him again. The Lyft service was much cheaper than Uber and that was great!😊
