  • Riders choice of local drivers

Riders should have a choice to choose a local citizen and long term resident of Nashville as their lyft driver Local drivers are preferred by riders and should have the choice
  • Too many fees

There should be payment for making your way towards the client. Sometimes the way there is longer than the 3-4 dollar ride they get.

  • High volume of low-paying trip requests

Too many undesirable low-paying trip requests, for example: passenger is 7 minutes away trip time 7 minutes and standard wait-time 4 minutes, that's almost 20 minutes for $5 gross, driver pays for car expenses, gas, insurance, and maintenance. That's like working for free.

The Lyft Driver app is not aligned to support the driver. It seems to be maximized to extract the earnings, but it’s not supporting drivers- It takes roughly 55% of each ride. 2. The Lyft Driver app is a small business—franchise. That’s driving motivation and the driver is trying to manage that business by minimizing wear and tear in the car but also minimizing gas. The app does not support these objectives. 3. There are are great conversations while driving, whereas that’s a by-product. I’m not waking up at 6:30 AM just to meet for “great conversation”. It’s a business and a business has to make business sense which means expenditures versus revenue and currently there’s an imbalance. 4. The use of ambiguious terms that are vague like “service flag or friendliness”— places where you can park any form of undesirable personality traits behind. A) Lyft takes a certain percentage of the money for each ride for commercial insurance. When you look at the disclaimer, speaks of the forecasted cost, but in terms of transparency, they never communicate the actual cost of the insurance. They are collecting quite a bit of money for commercial insurance from every ride they never published the cost, yet another place where ambiguity can be the breeding ground for less than honorable intentions. to be continued
  • Not good paid and bad customer service

This reviews are false when they said are happy working with. Customer service operators are the worst service for all the drivers., they take you jobs from the airport all the time when you go to drop a rider and pick another on arrival they declined automatically for give to another cheaper driver or cheaper job. When you speak with them on the phone reporting a huge problem in their favor or more for yourself step of helping you( that are from India) they go against you and affect you all the time in the account and intimate you. They don’t give the bonus they suppose to give when you pick certain amount of customers, probably the company of them keep in theirs pockets and they abuse send you more and more worsen jobs with long miles paid almost $3 and they will be happy if you accept them they keep send same amount more miles. They don’t paid the tollways all the time, but they obligated you or forsing to go. Max paid for good rating driving one hour or more $30 from Lyft. I will not recommend it

When I started out I was easy making pretty good money with the bonus hours and the challenges that were possible to meet. But not about 4 month into it it’s gone from average 30 an hour to maybe 18 on a good day. None of that includes gas and wear on your car or the danger you are in depending on where you drive. Also the challenges get so outrageous that you can’t meet them unless you drive none stop and bonus hours oh yes the 5 extra on every ride is now a night thing so forget that if you are not planning on getting assaulted at night. And yes there is dash cam and all that but you are still gonna get assaulted and as a woman that risk is far too great and you can’t trust the only women thing cause women will get lyfts for their boyfriends or brothers. So now 4 months into it, I realize all the risks and the rewards are pretty much zero, you mess up your car and Lyft gets the money.
