Used to be an excellent password app but having to verify my details in another country is ridiculous. My banks trust me to not be a nobhead with money and so should LastPass. FYI. If you try to migrate your passwords and other info from LastPass to another password app it really messes up. Will never buy your product. You keep changing it when there’s no need.
  • Needs some kind of tutorial

Downloaded due to SSA changes. Absolutely no idea how to make this work. Even setting up a first password, the first thing it asks for is a name. A name? What name? Whose name? My name? The site name? A nickname? WHAT NAME??? And even if I ever figured that out, now what? How do you use it? No instructions at all. I'll probably just delete the stupid thing and take my chances.
  • Not same across devices

This app does not behave the same across my devises. It auto populates the pw sections on a lap top but not on mobile devises. It’s laziness why I have not left this app as yet because their support does not respond to my queries. You have to keep launching pw each time I open the app on a mobile device. So if you need an easy to use app rethink🧐

I have been using LastPass for at least 8+ years, my entire family uses it. Once you get over learning the basics of just managing passwords, you'll soon discover just how much more it can do to securely store any type of information you don't want to forget. It is like having a back-up safe for your memory, or a single location you can go to where you KNOW 'that' little piece of information will be. I Guarantee that it will not disappoint you.
  • MFA doesn’t work

Lost my phone. Tried using “call me” to authenticate. Received the call and it said “you have authenticated successfully”, but the app didn’t recognize it and allow me to log in.
  • Used to be great

LastPass has been getting worse ever since the founder sold the company. The only reason I’m still using LastPass is I bought 10 years of premium. Now I need to migrate from this mess. The 2FA yubikey support on mobile doesn’t work with a classic key.

MFA is a joke and never works
  • DO NOT USE. Refused refund for their own mistake.

I cancelled my annual membership and was still charged for it. When I contacted their support team, they told me that it didn’t matter because they have a “no refunds” policy. $40 I didn’t have (really needed that for bills) down the drain because they refuse to acknowledge their own mistakes.
