    I am really enjoying this chair yoga. I feel muscles being worked but am not sore from the workouts. I m just starting week two, I hope to see some changes in a couple more, but I’m very excited about the exercises and total body involvement. Its excellent!

    This is exercising that I can do sitting down. I have Parkinson’s and these exercises have helped me to not be so stiff. With my heart problems it is something I can do to help also. Thank you for this program it has truly helped me. I am now in the middle of my second month.
