Simply will not open in Safari.
  • Incredibly slow

I like the security provided by Eno. But for whatever reason, I find it incredibly slow. It requires at least 90s seconds...sometimes more like 2-3 minute to load, create the virtual card, and then complete the transaction. Using my actual credit card, I can complete a transaction in a fraction of that time...usually only a few seconds.

I use this on subscription sites where l might have a hard time cancelling. This way, I can manage them all through this app. Love it

Bit of a process to get set up but once it is it's super useful as a security measure!
  • Rough startup period but then it really works

Capital One does a terrible job of telling you how long it will take this app to start working after you setup a new account. There is a delay of 30-60 days where it will just throw errors. But once it finally works, it works well. I've generated dozens of virtual cards for different vendors and the browser plug-in version does a good job recognizing sites you have already generate a card for. Give it serious patience to get started and then enjoy the extra security!

I used this on Chrome, and it stopped working. So I installed it on Safari, and I can't get it to work at all. Come on Capital One, you are a MASSIVE corporation. Can't you put some of your massive profits into protecting your customer's safety?!

Like the other reviews have mentioned, despite being updated as recently as a week ago it does't work. it asks me to login, then texts me a code, and then errors out every time right after that.
  • Has such good premise but they messed it up badly with the bugginess and slowness

Concept is really unique since only few credit card companies provide this. Id be more liable to use it thought if they can fix the extension and make it very fast since its very slow and buggy to run.
  • Crashed my mac, I thought that was impossible

I have never before been motivated enough to write a negative review but this app did it. I installed this app to try to create the virtual card numbers for my Capital One card and it immediately froze my broswer with the spinning beach ball and caused my computer to crash and restart. What kind of shoddy QA or review of software does Capital One outsource this to? This is ridiculous.
