Intellix Mobile empowers you to take control, help prevent fraud and efficiently manage your company’s finances. With Intellix Mobile, you can: • Sign in with Face ID or Touch ID (simply enroll after signing in to the app). • Take a glance at the latest activity on your personalized dashboard. • Deposit checks directly into your accounts with the snap of a photo. • View your available balance, previous transactions, and more while you’re on the go. • Make transfers between your Capital One accounts. • Quickly approve or reject payments pending approval. • Manage account protections by reviewing and submitting Positive Pay exceptions. To enroll in Intellix Mobile, contact your Client Administrator or the Treasury Management Client Service team at 866-632-8888, Option 2 or send us an email at [email protected], and one of our associates will be happy to help you.     This app is ridiculous, and not in a good way. I’d like to be able to see my debt balances and reports, but can’t see that here. I’d like access to the full suite of information reporting, but don’t get that. Just get a list of transactions, without any meaningful reporting. I thought to myself, well that’s okay, I’ll just use the desktop website via my phone (didn’t have internet access via computer at the time). Nope! When attempting to use Intellix from a mobile device on a browser, you just get redirected to use this half-*#^ app that doesn’t let you do much at all. Like I said, Ridiculous.

    I got a new phone (iPhone 13 Pro) and it’s a good thing I haven’t wiped my old phone yet, because on the new phone, the app does not give a token code. I’ve tried logging in and uninstalling. Nothing. App on the old phone is seemingly identical, and it works fine. My only guess is it’s incompatible with iOS 15

    Very disappointed in the functionality of this app. 1. Only shows transactions for a few days within individual accounts. 2. No detail shown for transactions. Cannot see check images. Cannot see wire details. Cannot see ACH payment information. Nothing. No detail. Just amounts.

    The whole point of getting this app was not only to be able to make transfers but to make deposits. If this feature is available like it claims - I don’t see it..... Highly disappointed
  • No utility and mobile UI on iPad?

    The fact that CapitalOne is a billion dollar organization, its 2019, and the app doesn’t have an iPad interface is insane. Additionally, there is almost no functionality to speak of. The app essentially lets you view balances. If you have multiple accounts (we have 6)then it lumps the transaction history for all accounts into one feed - no ability to filter. Bonkers.
