I cannot setup glasses. I get “Something Went wrong. Please try again later”. I restarted and updated my phone. I deleted the app and reinstalled. When I select set up device the app is stuck on that error screen. I can’t get any answers on what to do.
  • Most Awesome Accessory of 2024

These problematic reviews are just having unfortunate errors or are just angry because they aren’t designed the exact way they want, but they bought them anyway! They are an outstanding step in the future of sunglasses and technology. From live translation to capturing my favorite moments on the spot. I’ve even used mine to determine what type of flowers I’m looking at for my wife. I can relax at home and ask what stores are open or near me. They are a very convenient product to have on hand and well worth the price

You need to add an option to disable the touchpad. Its sensitivity is genuine trash
  • Here I go again

Here I go again. I feel like I’ve fallen in love with a product that the company who makes it refuses to support. (Just for reference, I used to love my windows phone.) I love the glasses, but I keep getting email notifications that I can control audible now. After over a week, it still hasn’t shown up in my connected apps, and there are no updates available. In fact, no new changes have rolled out since I’ve owned the glasses. Why release a product and charge hundreds of dollars just to leave your customers hanging?

Solid so far. Learning and integrating very slowly. Myself, not the app. Can’t wait to see what’s in store ✨✨✨

What is the point of the balanced button on the mets view player? I tap on it, gives me options on the bottom for sport balanced or Cinematic, but cant select anything.

App wouldn’t open so I needed to delete it and lost all of the footages.
  • App keeps loading

I can’t believe it Meta, every time when there is an update I am unable to use the app and it kept showing loading and something is wrong. Such simple development issue and your QA and developer who get paid over million dollar a year could not fix it in time.
  • Last update

Since the last update the get help link in the app is showing as a double image overlaid on itself. Also, the glasses keep disconnecting and reconnecting.
  • Urgent Request for Mandarin Chinese Support in Meta Ray-Ban Glasses

    2
    By Randy Sun 124
Dear Meta Software Engineering Team, I am writing to strongly urge the prioritization of Mandarin Chinese (Putonghua) support for the Meta Ray-Ban Glasses. As one of the most widely spoken languages globally, with over a billion native speakers, the absence of Mandarin support severely limits the accessibility and appeal of this innovative product in the massive Chinese-speaking market, including mainland China, Taiwan, and diaspora communities worldwide. Competitors are already offering Mandarin-compatible smart eyewear, and without this feature, Meta risks losing significant market share and disappointing a vast user base eager to adopt your technology. Adding Mandarin support—especially for real-time voice recognition and translation—would not only enhance user experience but also position Meta as a leader in inclusive, globally accessible AI wearables. The technical challenge of integrating tonal language processing is undoubtedly complex, but Meta’s engineering expertise is more than capable of overcoming this hurdle swiftly. I implore you to expedite this development, as it is critical to unlocking the full potential of the Ray-Ban Glasses and ensuring their success in one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing tech markets. Please treat this as a top-priority feature request—I believe its implementation could be a game-changer for Meta’s wearable ecosystem. Thank you for your attention and immediate action on this matter.
