  • Can’t get past the pairing screen

    The app is great and I’m ready to play on my Meta Quest 2 but I can’t get past the pairing screen of the 5 digit code. I’ve tried everything, restarting the headset and my phone, factory resetting the headset and repairing it to the app again. I’ve looked it up and I’ve already tried the things the internet has told to try. I don’t know what to do at this point but I really do want to use my headset. Any tips are really appreciated.

    The good thing about it is you can actually use it to do anything with your headset but the bad thing is I can’t even get into my actual account. Please fix this somehow and make it easier

    Meta is terrible and has absolutely no customer service. Once they have your money they are happy. My son spent his hard earned money ($42) on Meta cash in oculus for gaming. Over time he has spent more but he was actually able to buy things. This time has been unable to use his cash. A messages says it cannot go through, to try later or contact meta. The only way you can is the customer service email. I did that mid February. Here it is April and this issue isn’t resolved. In fact, they cannot even update the status. I get the same automated messages over and over from different people. I do not recommend this ap or any service from Meta.

    If you could add OneDrive and Outlook and one Character Creation App similar to V-Katsu! Chipotle missed one important staple food! “Rice”! Headsets and Alternative Devices should replace the Smartphones within 2027! Meta Horizon is Incomplete! SM64 World is Incomplete! OoT World is Incomplete!

    It won’t let me log in. It’s asking for a email that I can be reached at and I’m putting in my email to log in and it says “that email is already tied to an account”. I know that’s what you’re asking but it’s giving a response that is for a different situation. Because of this I literally can’t log in. Terribly made app!
